設施：房間有温泉池，温馨提示入住當天免費注入温泉水，打電話前台説最近泵壞了，注入不了温泉♨水，野溪温泉離住宿大約300多米，而且木台階高而陡，聽賣泳衣小妹説，這個季節還有檳榔蟲，帶的泳衣真是無用武之地😭 衞生：衞生條件不好👎，入住當天，一開門就發現地面上有污漬，走路有黏黏的感覺，喊服務員無人應答，給前台打電話N次也沒有處理環境：這裏自然環境優美，屬於老天賞飯吃的地方服務：得天獨厚的自然條件，服務要跟上，之前網絡已有差評，應當及時改進，在攜程上訂酒店還好點，有不滿意的地方還有個説理的孃家

房間有些潮濕，和環境有關，打空調後好很多，私湯温泉舒適，隨時泡很方便，酒店設施有些老舊，環境有些疏於打理，有簡易高爾夫練習場（單獨收費）早餐質量高，品種多。野温泉太特別了，池子不多，水温還可以，不知道是不是天然地下温泉

房間是是很好。蚊蟲叮咬比較嚴重。早餐服務人員有點審視罪犯的享受。比六年以前相差太大。

衹能一星不能再高了，因為中途退了房間就不多説了，整體衞生堪憂，幾乎沒有服務，房間光線暗，設施老舊。本着對看評價的旅友負責傳兩張細節圖，希望店家能夠利用好真温泉得天獨厚的優勢，好好改善一下管理。

趕上新年前訂房，性價比高. 不能要求十全十美，總體挺滿意，適合家有長者，房間陽台有個浴缸🛁建議泡澡前先自己擦一遍，比較衞生.酒店早餐也可以，小蛋糕鬆軟可口. 温泉最好早上去，水比較清，工作人員會詢問温度是否合適，聊了幾句工作人員説自己是東北大慶的，還是東北人熱情服務好.
