家庭賓館，自己建的三層樓，室內裝修的有些年頭了，門鎖還是老式插鑰匙的，在七仙嶺景區，忘了照房間的照片了，照了門口的椰子樹，門口有公交車，打車困難，對門有一個超市和早餐店，早餐米粉或麪條，味道還可以，旁邊有一家飯店，因為在景區，周邊環境不錯。

旅館離七仙嶺景區很近，在路邊就可以看到七仙嶺。房間新裝修，很乾凈，窗外的景色美極了（圖四、五），周邊吃飯方便，院子裏可以停車。

民宿離景區近，停車方便。房間乾淨整潔，床品也乾淨。服務欠缺，一瓶水都不放。村莊挺乾淨的，蚊蟲方面比附近那些温泉酒店好多了。

沒有電梯，衹有二樓，自己提箱子上去。房間不算大，空間比較高，房屋設施比較成舊，涼台大，第一天到了就在涼台上喝了喝茶。三樓正在裝修，入住第二天就一大早就被大聲振醒，還好第三天就放假。

網速快，新電視，房間乾淨整潔，有陽台，房間高，性價比高，工薪階層出行住宿首選！上七仙嶺熱帶雨林近，泡温泉可以優惠。院子免費停車，農家樂餐廳商店對面就是，感覺都方便。去保亭縣城，去三亞火車站飛機場，都有車到達。

這家雖然是民宿但是很乾凈，離君瀾酒店很近，性價比很高，我們在他家住的，去仙境温泉酒店花80塊錢泡的温泉，去君瀾酒店逛逛外景，一共200塊錢逛了兩個大酒店，還泡了温泉，性價比超高。
