整體可以，點外賣不方便，旅客進電梯都要刷卡，還有小蛐蛐，蒼蠅和保亭很小的那種螞蟻，還有黑點（像老鼠屎），而且其它地方（比如瓊海、萬寧等）沒有這種小螞蟻。保亭的酒店均價都要比海南的瓊海、萬寧、陵水等都要貴些！而且一天兩個價，突然漲價，還衹能買含早餐的。早餐很一般，離七仙廣場比較近

房間設施陳舊了，最差的是附近的有一個燒烤店，整整鬧得晚上一點，還有就是早上4點附近的公雞就開始叫一直持續兩個小時，而且樓下有工地，早上6點就開始施工，反正我們是一晩上沒睡覺，睡眠質量不好的人真的要注意一下。

差死了，半夜蚊子咬一身包根本就無法睡覺，東西也一般空調聲音太響了，連停車的地方也沒有出行很不方便

軟硬件都很到位，日間環境在縣城來説算的清幽，毗鄰文化局、廣場……不浮躁的酒店，宜長住。

酒店有的老，但在城中心，好多獎項掛在牆上，晚上不吵，一樓的餐廳味道好，有保亭的特色菜。雞做的不錯，但有的嫩，五腳豬煎的有的過火。
