六樓以下視野不好。對睡眠有要求的不推薦，22點才能睡，早上7點開始特別吵，各種機器設備叮叮咚咚……，不管面向哪都一樣吵。其他的沒什麼問題，六樓以上視野都很好

整體可以，點外賣不方便，旅客進電梯都要刷卡，還有小蛐蛐，蒼蠅和保亭很小的那種螞蟻，還有黑點（像老鼠屎），而且其它地方（比如瓊海、萬寧等）沒有這種小螞蟻。保亭的酒店均價都要比海南的瓊海、萬寧、陵水等都要貴些！而且一天兩個價，突然漲價，還衹能買含早餐的。早餐很一般，離七仙廣場比較近

房間設施陳舊了，最差的是附近的有一個燒烤店，整整鬧得晚上一點，還有就是早上4點附近的公雞就開始叫一直持續兩個小時，而且樓下有工地，早上6點就開始施工，反正我們是一晩上沒睡覺，睡眠質量不好的人真的要注意一下。
