酒店有自己的停車場，住宿停車時現場沒有人指揮，停好車後前台的服務員稱“晚上停車場有跳舞活動”讓我們移到後院去停……連續二天説法一樣，但二個整夜都沒有看見跳舞活動哈。
酒店的前廳樓梯沒有便捷通道可以拉行李箱行走，必須手提登梯。衞生間沒有乾濕分離，如圖1所示。
室內的床單被套衞生乾淨，早餐可以吃飽。

房間挺大，設施很新，門口大概十來級台階沒有坡道，對輪椅和行李箱很不友好。帶陽台的房間是臨街的有點吵。早餐還不錯有米線餌絲包子饅頭粗糧糕點飲品蔬菜，這個價格還不錯了。

酒店房間大，住的安靜舒適，設施齊全，衞生乾淨。前台接待服務周到，熱情。停車場大，停車方便，前後院都可以停車。距離美食街比較近，出行方便。

設施：非常基礎 3間房 1間電視不能正常播放 2間WiFi接不上
衞生間是蹲坑 不適合長者 長者蹲下難得站起來
有一點好的 洗澡水很大很燙
洗臉盆旁沒有可以掛毛巾的地方 非常不方便
衞生：一般般 將就住可以 房間的茶具感覺根本就不洗 可以看照片
環境：路邊 也還好 不算特別吵
服務：非常非常一般 感覺保山人都有點火氣重啊！

酒店位置好找，就在馬路邊上，離客運站也不遠，房間很大，新開的店，乾淨整潔衞生，超出我的預期，有早餐，也有夜宵，都是免費的，可能是因為除夕，加上天氣下雨，夜宵也點冷了，其他都很滿意
