我們早上六點出門，酒店門口是關的，需要打電話才能開門，我當時已經説好12點左右回來收東西，延遲到兩點鐘，但並沒有和朋友講過。所以下午朋友忙完12:06抵達酒店，詢問退房，説需要補半天房費才能到兩點鐘，協商兩分鐘後，給出方案需在12:30前收好東西就不收取費用。
該酒店與朋友居住在五樓，沒有電梯，沒有空調，相當經濟，收東西很慌張，而且工作人員言辭説12點之前她能做主延遲到兩點鐘，12點之後她就沒有權限了，朋友當時沒有與我溝通，朋友不知道已經協商過延遲這個事情，朋友硬生生從12.08-12.15來回五樓樓梯收拾兩人東西，前台還假惺惺説可以存放東西，朋友沒和她掰扯。

房間可以，服務基本滿意，離機場也很近，唯一的缺點就是機場大巴從這沒有站。希望協調一下，讓機場大巴從這有一站，那到機場就會更方便了。
