酒店在濕地公園旁邊，離城區有點遠，但風景很好，停車很方便地上地下車位都很寬敞，適合自駕。房間很大，設施也很好，衞生乾淨，值得推薦。唯一欠缺是早餐太簡單，而且是幾個酒店客人共同在一個餐館就餐。

房間的景觀是挺好的，好高騖遠，保山青華海盡收眼底，檔次上和旁邊的官房花園比就要差很多了，畢竟是幾家酒店共用大堂、電梯、早餐廳，風格像半民俗半酒店，最不滿意就是沒有供熱系統，房間熱水是每個房間自己的熱水器燒，一人洗完澡另一人洗臉都沒熱水，總體來講酒店具有一定性價比，停車場方便，但硬件上還需要完善

前台美女特別好，免費幫我們升級了湖景房。房間體驗感特別好，由於我們去的比較晚，晚上也沒看到啥。但是第二天早上起來還是很驚喜的。酒店附近有夜市，特別便宜。很好吃，很滿意。

房間很大很寬敞，外面就是青華海景色，步行可到青華海景區。酒店前台人員服務態度很好，溝通順暢，還幫忙升級了房型，還會熱心推薦本地美食，是一次非常美好的居住體驗。

位置比較偏僻，離青華海比較近，窗外看可以看到海景，但是早餐就餐很不愉快，因為是帶孩子，故兩個大人無法帶小孩全部下去就餐，一來因為餐廳的玻璃和瓷盤放置低處，擔心孩子碰碎；二來孩子小，擔心到餐廳就餐影響其他人就餐。考慮各種因素，故請家人帶就餐打包回房間，首先和就餐處工作人員説明情況徵得她同意，結果打包時以沒有打包餐盒和工作為由各種為難，做餐飲店打包餐盒應該都會備有，最後極其不耐煩的拿了一個裝糖果極小的塑料袋，告知想打包衹能用這個小塑料袋自己想辦法裝，我們已經告知是孩子和另外一個大人的打包份，結果無法打包，另外大人因照顧小孩也沒有辦法就餐，特別是就餐處態度極其惡劣，對於旅途中我們來説印象極差。
