服務很滿意，衞生條件也好，主要是停車非常方便，衹需要給前台説下，就可以免費停車，保安都很有禮貌，推薦入住，最初選擇這個酒店，是因為離客户近。這裏地理位置不錯，交通便利，周邊餐飲設施豐富。現在是不管客户距離遠近都選擇了這個酒店。值得推薦。

每次去保靖都是住的凱米酒店，酒店環境可以，位置也好找，最主要也挺好停車，個人比較推薦。對了如果早上不知道吃什麼，其實酒店一樓大廳的早餐也還可以的 我出差兩天都住的這個酒店，吃的感覺比外賣好吃一點，哈哈。總的來説還行

酒店在城中央，雖在大路邊上，但不會嘈雜。房間空間大，洗浴設備不錯，酒店的設施設備齊全，意想不到的是房間裏面居然還有一個小冰箱，服務很好。前台服務態度優秀，小姐姐都很熱情。早餐挺豐富的，水果很新鮮，餐廳環境優雅，吃早飯舒服。會再次選擇入住凱米酒店，各方麪條件都比別的酒店好。

半夜一點多才到酒店，前台説我已經登記過，讓我們等了十多分鐘，才處理好，進房間洗澡漏水，床上四件套很多黑色絨毛，頭髮，中途讓前台換房間説滿房了，衹能讓服務員換過一次還是很臟，仍有頭髮殘留，我本身易過敏體質，實在不敢睡，一直在沙發上坐着，直到凌晨四點多，實在困忍不住睡了四個多小時，早上起來渾身癢，起疹子，上午11點多找平台客服處理，直到下午五點多酒店一直不作為

房間是幫我老婆和她閨蜜訂的，聽她們反映還是相當不錯的，酒店前台看到入住2人推薦雙床房，但她們要了一間大床的，説晚上聊天方便。房間還是幫忙了升級，相當感謝！酒店地理位置也相當好!周邊吃喝玩樂相當多!簡直就是眼花繚亂!吃貨們有福了!下次有機會我也會去體驗體驗!
