房間衞生好，前台服務好。早餐廳男士對客人不禮貌不尊重，服務人員刷了房卡後，男士一次又一次的查卡，態度惡劣！進出電梯的人（不知道是客人還是工作人員）有一算一都抽煙！不知道是管理問題，還是各人素質問題！

下午5點去，一個服務員對講機聯繫問房間清理出來了沒有，正常情況下不是應該2點之前都該整理乾淨的嗎？關鍵我是連續續訂3天，而且是提前好幾天定的，接着隔天早上我去洗手間，臉直接被線掛住了，我的天，一拉開窗簾，房間客廳廁所全是蜘蛛網，接着下意識看了，可見活體動物蟲子是兩個，玻璃上那些密密麻麻的就更不説了，壓着怒氣説能不能換房間，得到的迴應是要等其他客人兩點退房以後，看有沒有！我真的*****星號表示算了，攜程客服看完我發給她的一個勁給我道歉，相反我全程沒有收到酒店給我的任何歉意！

帶着老媽跟小孩入住的，因為需要帶小孩選擇有地毯的酒店，地板磚滑怕他摔了！説實話這家酒店排名在我心目中在前三了！帶外地朋友來算比較拿的出手的酒店，有民族特色！早餐很棒種類多長者小孩都吃的慣，也有湘西的特色早餐粗米粉➕油粑粑，遠赴他鄉之時來上一碗！

設施：雖然是2017年開業，仍然保持的蠻新的，可以放心入住
衞生：還可以的，睡的挺香的
環境：挺安靜的，沒啥嘈雜的，雖然隔音一般

應該是保靖縣城最好的酒店了吧，雖然離縣城中心有點距離（開車五分鐘）。房間有民族特色，還有三本書講述了當地特色文化，值得一看。早餐簡單，可以滿足基本要求。附近有核酸點。旅遊過境還是值得入住的。
