回保靖每次都住雲鼎，這次9月20日入住，21日退房，孩子的一件白色130碼的巴拉巴拉T恤掉在房間裏。和酒店前台取得幾次聯繫，直接了當説沒有，無語…本來還對酒店印象挺好的。

來保靖住過幾家酒店，這是最好的一家。房間寬敞，設施齊全，地下停車場也很大，不遜於四星級的酒店。早餐菜式雖然不太多，但該有的也有，能吃飽。可以説是價廉物美。

酒店還是挺氣派的，位於新區，不是太熱鬧，但在附近找了一家小飯店叫“後院小廚”，價廉物美，味道不錯。早餐一般。酉水的風景很好。

設施：陳舊且較多損壞不能使用，比如床頭燈及

衞生：進門就聞到異味、枕套、床單、沙發、辦公桌上均發現前客人的毛髮，油漬 且浴室拖鞋較臟未發現消毒跡象。
環境：門窗隔音差，半夜客人路過吵鬧聲、清晨
窗外小區居民吵鬧聲均較大。
服務：晚上於前台辦理入住時秩序混亂，前台僅
兩人，辦理入住不及時，處理問題不及時，整體
服務態度差，尤為不注意客人私隱，第二天退房
前台人員與夜班前台整體服務質量與之相同，且
客房中心電話無人接聽。
總體感覺服務質量、服務態度、服務水平、服務
人員整體素質均跟不上現有的房價及裝修，有史
以來第一次差評

酒店位於縣城邊上，大堂等硬件環境還行，但水有點小，體驗感不好！最開始被子是破的，雖及時更換，但作為四星級酒店，不應該出現這樣的問題！
