Baoji Hotels with Swimming Pools

During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure.

這次國慶出遊真是一言難盡，國慶期間房價翻倍也就算了，入住洗杯子打開水龍頭一下被水燙到直接疼到坐在地上，是那種沸騰的100度的沸水，趕緊給前台打電話讓拿燙傷膏，上來一個男性應該是經理一樣的本來拿着冰塊是好意，我給他演示了沸水如視頻，他自己也不敢手摸，範反覆強調是不是**作不當引起的？並質問我你想怎樣？真是😓無語，我老公趕緊跑下口去買燙傷葯，塗燙傷葯的時候一位女性值班經理來了，態度不錯，讓我們換了房間並贈送了晚餐，我先生去吃了，我身體不適本來的遊玩計劃打亂了。本來事情就算過去，我們也是好商量的人，結果第二天退房時，已經説好的下午兩點退房，結果一點鐘正休息時一位前台女性來電問我退不退房並強調儘快按時退房，又一次被雷到。整個住宿過程中除了那個女值班經理和前台一位捲髮小哥比較人性以外，其他真是一言難盡。我是洲際會員，洲際各類酒店幾乎都住過，這次真的讓人難忘。

Room was spacious. The receptionist is very helpful even though they are not understand english well, but they are very helpful. They are try to communicate using the translator and try to help as much as possible. The food are variety. The room is clean because everything they are doing the housekeeping. Overall I am satisfied unless for one thing. The door keep on making some noise due to the locking is not tight, so when there's some wind, the door keep on vibrate and making some noise. But overall, this hotel is really recommended.

Received a call from the hotel before check-in, communicated the check-in requirements, and reminded that if you want to see the Luohe River, the room will be facing the road. Although the sound of the car can be heard, the scenery from the room, especially the night view, is beautiful. If you care about the sound, you need to consider whether to choose a room near the road. The service is very thoughtful, what is needed, and it can be delivered soon after the call. Although the hotel room decoration is aging, other aspects can completely offset this lack. Breakfast has dumpling noodles, stirring, cold skin and other special foods, be sure to try.

It is very convenient to drive to the destination by car. It is close to the foot of the mountain and the air is good. The small courtyard where I stayed is on the upper and lower floors, the environment is very good, and there is a hot spring in the yard that is very convenient.

The room is very big, with a 1.8-meter bed and a 2-meter bed. There are children's slippers, children's bathrobes, and small stools. It is very suitable for parent-child vacations. There are many small pools in the hot springs, which are very private. The children have indoor and outdoor water slides, which are completely fun! On the first night, eight of us ordered food in the restaurant. Whether it was snacks or big dishes, they were all chef-style! The breakfast was very rich and the quality was also online. The whole family said that this trip was very well arranged! The children are also looking forward to coming again next time! Family vacation is really a good choice!

An amazing hotel with wonderful staff. The bellhop was great, they came to meet me from my taxi and carried my luggage in. After checking, I was shown to my room and then given a tour of the facilities. A big shout out to the restaurant managers Ricky and Martin who were very personable and assisted me as I don’t speak Chinese. Everything was superb, the room was lovely with a huge tub, and the hot spring pools were excellent and not crowded which enhanced my mood and helped me to relax. The hotel really knows how to look after their guests, they have happy hour, daily fruit, a free mini bar and welcome snacks in the room including desserts and candy, plus they give a checkout gift of permission fruit in a lovely gift bag. Additionally, I had a wonderful (and free) meditation session, the instructor explained in Chinese, and a staff member translated, highly appreciate this level of customer service. They also have buggy to take guests to the car park, and waited with me until my taxi arrived. The hotel staff also manage their pets well, often taking the dogs for a walk. Breakfast and buffet were extensive and enjoyable, and the a la carte restaurant serve lovely food. This is a very special place, will come back for sure.

The price is not expensive in the city. The accommodation environment and sanitation are much better than those of the same price. The service attitude is standardized. A variety of free snacks and fruits are also prepared intimately. It is recommended.
