During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure.

Every time I come to Baoji, I stay at Hengyuan Hotel. It is clean and tidy, affordable, and has a rich breakfast. The standard room of 200 yuan is much better than many hotels above 600 yuan in larger cities such as Shanghai, Beijing, and Hong Kong. The decoration environment is good, the service is thoughtful, and free coffee, water, and tea are provided. Every time I arrive at night, the beautiful lady at the front desk will also adjust a better room for you if there is space. It has to be said that the people in the northwest are simple and honest, which can be seen from the hotels in Baoji. The humanities of the Zhou and Qin dynasties represent the excellent culture of our Chinese civilization.

Received a call from the hotel before check-in, communicated the check-in requirements, and reminded that if you want to see the Luohe River, the room will be facing the road. Although the sound of the car can be heard, the scenery from the room, especially the night view, is beautiful. If you care about the sound, you need to consider whether to choose a room near the road. The service is very thoughtful, what is needed, and it can be delivered soon after the call. Although the hotel room decoration is aging, other aspects can completely offset this lack. Breakfast has dumpling noodles, stirring, cold skin and other special foods, be sure to try.

The environment is great. You can take a dip in Phoenix Hot Spring, but I still like the small hot spring pool in the backyard. It is clean and casual, the food is exquisite and delicious, and the drinks are unlimited. The most important thing is that there is a hot drink cabinet. When I wake up in the morning, I can drink something hot. It is so comfortable. Before Looking at the reviews, everyone mentioned that the butler service was very good! For the May Day trip to Taibai Mountain, Qilin Mansion saved my mood (I had booked Taibai Meihao Lizhi Hotel 10 days in advance, but I was furious when communicating with her and almost cancelled the trip to Taibai. My previous slogan of choosing Meihao as the first choice for business trips was severely slapped in the face. I will tell you more about the details when I have the chance. In short, I will never go to Taibai Mountain Meihao Lizhi Hotel again in this lifetime. The biggest problem with changing hotels at the last minute is that the price is too high. Thanks to the customer service lady of Ctrip who understood my situation and mood and gave me the biggest subsidy, which reduced my cost. Thank you very much!). Back to the point, we arrived at the hotel around 3:30 in the afternoon. It was drizzling. There were 3 or 4 security guards holding umbrellas at the entrance of the hotel to help direct parking and hold umbrellas. Their attitude was very good 👍. After checking in, we entered the room (a parent-child room booked by a family of three). The room was large enough, the bathtub was deep and clean, and there was a tent next to it. It felt very good. After checking the time, we quickly changed clothes and went to the hot spring (accommodating guests can soak in the hot spring an unlimited number of times). The hot spring has two major indoor and outdoor areas. It was drizzling and the outdoor area felt beautiful. Although it was the May Day holiday, we could basically find empty pools outdoors, which had both beautiful scenery and a certain degree of privacy. We took a red wine bath and an angelica bath, and took a bunch of beautiful photos of the baby. By the way, there is also a swimming pool outdoors for swimming. The indoor pool is a large pool with massages of various water currents. The water bar has self-service fruits and unlimited drinks. We also played three games of billiards with a temporary opponent (1 win and 2 losses 😂). In short, I give the hot spring 5 points. In addition, the hotel's buffet breakfast impressed me the most. It is no exaggeration to say that it is comparable to the standard of a 5-star hotel, comparable to Sheraton. I just don't know if it is of this standard on weekdays. If it is, it would be quite amazing. The only drawback is that the price is a bit expensive, but the hotels around the scenic area are not cheap during the short holiday! That's all.

An amazing hotel with wonderful staff. The bellhop was great, they came to meet me from my taxi and carried my luggage in. After checking, I was shown to my room and then given a tour of the facilities. A big shout out to the restaurant managers Ricky and Martin who were very personable and assisted me as I don’t speak Chinese. Everything was superb, the room was lovely with a huge tub, and the hot spring pools were excellent and not crowded which enhanced my mood and helped me to relax. The hotel really knows how to look after their guests, they have happy hour, daily fruit, a free mini bar and welcome snacks in the room including desserts and candy, plus they give a checkout gift of permission fruit in a lovely gift bag. Additionally, I had a wonderful (and free) meditation session, the instructor explained in Chinese, and a staff member translated, highly appreciate this level of customer service. They also have buggy to take guests to the car park, and waited with me until my taxi arrived. The hotel staff also manage their pets well, often taking the dogs for a walk. Breakfast and buffet were extensive and enjoyable, and the a la carte restaurant serve lovely food. This is a very special place, will come back for sure.

Overall good, there is no parking lot below, if you have luggage, you need to walk for a while, the ground parking lot is relatively small, there are charging piles. The room is relatively simple, it is designed by the sink, there is no place to make up, one side is a trash can, and the other is a bath towel rack. The bathroom is more spacious. The air conditioning is also very sufficient and the room is very warm. It is a bit cold to see the exhibition and the library air conditioning is not open, because from the room to the hot spring place to go out of the outdoor, or through the library. There are four hot spring pools open, there are not many people, there are not many children, the overall experience is very good, you can take pictures, there are fruit biscuits snacks. The chicken feet are not bad, there are tiger skin chicken feet and grilled fish. The spinach noodle bowl is really big.

FYI, this hotel is not the Radisson, it’s called Landison, hope this gets updated on Trip. The hotel is quite large, the foyer is fancy with many statues and ornaments. The room is a good size, clean and comfortable. Staff left a small bowl of fruit, nice gesture. I personally didn’t like the reddish stained floor which matches the furniture, but it’s typical of local style. The hot springs are lovely, and not super busy, fruit and savoury snacks provided in the chill out area. The pool is suitable for both kids and adults as it has lots of stream jets. Breakfast was standard. Hotel staff were pleasant and a couple can communicate in basic English. Lots of restaurants around hotel. Overall a lovely and relaxing one night stay.

Facilities: A unique garden-style resort hotel in the northwest with complete supporting facilities, including a gymnasium in the second phase of the project, a full-standard swimming pool, a fencing room, a golf practice room and a hot spring. Environment: A hotel built in a park. Hygiene: Clean and tidy, the room is large. Service: Service is the biggest highlight of this hotel. When you enter the lobby, you will see the tall Chinese-style retro lobby. The most impressive thing is that there is a dignified, elegant, beautiful and generous employee Li Jing at the front desk. She is always very welcoming when entering and exiting the lobby during your stay. Greetings, although there were some problems with the air conditioning in the room and the shower head not working during the stay, the staff took the trouble to deal with them in a timely manner. Before staying at the Crown, such problems were ignored. The staff in the lobby overall have a high sense of service, speak professionally and kindly, and leave Jerry, the front office manager at the store, expressed his condolences and gave him souvenirs. He hoped that this hotel would get better and better and win the first place in the hotel industry in the city of Baoji.
