酒店是客房和餐飲一體的，所以會比較吵，規模還可以，但是感覺德不配位，服務跟不上，應該是沒有經過系統的培訓和學習的，設施方面還是比較到位的，洗漱用品我自己帶的，所以就不過多評價了，剛第一天的時候覺得這什麼破酒店，連住了三天，一天感覺好一點，白班的小姐姐服務還是很用心的，不然都不會有後麪的兩晚。

總體很不錯的酒店，設施設備很齊全，性價比很高。停車也很方便。服務態度很好很耐心。有一個小建議，房間門要麼更換閉門夾要麼加裝消音條，每一個房間的關門聲都是巨大的撞擊聲。其他都挺好的。特別喜歡床品，三個枕頭的組合特別適合半躺姿勢，腰不累。

設施：賓館新開不久，基本屬於四星級配置，客房寬敞，設施齊備，功能分區合理，電控等智能化程度還可以提高，尤其是地下室停車場無電梯可達，極不方便，所住房間室內冰櫃所處位置無電源插座，需自行移出後另行接電使用。
衞生：總體尚可，細部除塵工作還需改進。
環境：這家賓館所在的位置相對偏僻，周邊二手車交易和倉儲物流市場，稍顯雜亂，但位於陳倉大道邊，可快速進出寶雞，交通較為方便。
服務：入住前客服來主動來電，詢問客房是否需要特殊佈置，在樓層設有飲用水免費取用點。
5樓平台早上如更早打開，開放給住客觀賞日出則更佳。

早上出去讓前台幫忙把箱子放房間，到晚上9點還在前台扔着，打電話問就是沒人自己去拿，給這服務點個贊，一個4星酒店，沒有投訴部門，讓這前台小哥給我懟的啞口無言

沒有房間的圖片，當時衹拍了在一樓大廳的照片。辦理入住過程前台小姐姐都超級好，退房後自己都沒發現自己發抓沒帶，酒店打電話過來提醒，真的體驗感在虢鎮這邊很滿意。唯一一點點小缺點是我和男朋友兩間房一個馬桶直接堵着，一個沖水也很小，希望可以及時修理（不過我們也懶沒有叫酒店當時去修）
