太爛了，在外邊奔波了七八年，這是我住過最差的酒店，事實上這根本就不是酒店而是個名宿，還虛假宣傳，説是有獨立衞浴，結果是公共的，而且沒有熱水，對，衞浴沒熱水你敢信，真是省錢省瘋了，廁所還鎖不了門，這上廁所不尷尬嗎？真的是服了，從來沒見過這麼爛的住宿環境。自己的房間也鎖不了門，一點私隱都沒有。而且宣傳上寫着有空調，是有空調，結果你猜怎麼著，不讓開，空調不是住客説了算，是那個老闆説了算，而且幾間房共用一個空調，真的是服了。房間沒有任何隔音效果，太差勁了，再來説説環境，那床單和枕頭一眼就能看出沒換過，臟死了，地圖上的定位還是錯的，六七平米的一個單人間五十一晚，真的是賺錢賺瘋了，就這環境五塊一晚我都嫌貴。最後送給房東一句話：沒條件開旅店就別開，把別人當**忽悠！

老闆娘態度差，沒有WiFi還狡辯，讓我下載萬能鑰匙，我不會，也不想下載。被褥都很臟，我要求換一下，她讓我自己拿，我説我成老闆了，他不高興，説我把東西拿亂了，讓我給她弄好。熱水也沒有。這是我第一次遇到這樣的老闆。

該招待所五一期間私自漲價，將原本我訂好的房間擅自給別人使用，而把我安排在另一家條件極差的招待所，並且老闆態度一言難盡，直言我不住的話也找不到其他的住的，還説要麼就衹有取消我的訂單，老闆安排的的另外一家招待所條件極差，根本不是我原本在怡家招待所預訂的類型，我訂房間總價為95元，但老闆衹給我安排了這個市場價為60塊兩晚的住宿，實在是太過分，在下面的圖片中我拍攝了部分照片，並且保留了與老闆的通話錄音內容，之後我會進一步向同程旅行官方和12315進行投訴 希望怡家招待所能夠得到相應的懲罰。在這裏建議大家避雷這家店，一定不要去!一定不要去!一定不要去!
