前台服務太差。在這住過好多次，每次來的時候都借他們鼠標墊用，走的時候都還了，這次不給了，説我每次來我都借，這次不給了，因為他們能放電腦的桌子是塊玻璃麪，鼠標沒法直接用，然後我就不訂房了，前台把訂單一頓亂撕。這個前台一直説話辦事很刻板，不適合幹迎賓工作。（今天是12月7日，早晨十點訂的房，本訂單是之前的訂房記錄）
