房間老舊，處處臟，房間裏面一股味道，很難聞，拉上窗簾房間裏面昏暗，打開窗簾窗户很臟，看着就很難受。衞生間亂，地面極滑，沾水極易摔跤。

剛走入大堂，就見煙霧繚繞，彷彿進入KTV，幾個人在大堂經理辦公桌那裡抽煙，滿地的煙灰。進入房間，窗簾像是100年沒有洗過，臟的讓人不敢碰。洗澡間的花灑大多數的出水眼已經堵上，水量小且不集中。半夜1點多樓道有人打電話大聲喧嘩，凌晨服務員拿着對講機也在樓道大聲喧嘩。早上想去吃早餐，發現竟然沒給早餐票，給前台打電話説，前台説她剛上班，夜班的同事肯定給了，下樓交涉了好一陣兒，説什麼他們食堂是外包的，不能多給，ran了很長時間，前台才發現我們早餐票就在他們前台桌子上，是他們忘了😣 。我們住在15樓，餐廳在17樓，全樓可用電梯衹有一部，本想鍛鍊一下身體，走樓梯去吃早餐，到17樓發現門竟然鎖着，衹好下樓再坐電梯。到餐廳大概8點半，竟然幾乎沒有吃的了，這次住宿體驗太差了，以前出差首選錦江和漢庭等快捷酒店，相信他們品牌，現在的錦江竟然如此不堪。。。其實錦江硬件條件還是可以的，主要是疏於管理，期待能有好的變化。
