設施：酒店應該是老牌星級酒店重新裝修的，硬件設施還可以，帶餐廳，酒店大堂也比較豪華，但是房間設施比較差，尤其是衞生間比較差，沒有乾濕分離，還是老式浴缸，花灑老舊，水壓也特別小，還不如快捷連鎖酒店的衞生間配置。而且衞生間的燈無法關閉，夜晚休息關了以後會自動打開，床頭燈一個按鍵失靈，無法關閉，衹能關閉總控，還好總控關了不影響空調使用。電視機很小，這個無所謂，現在看電視的機濾也不高。
衞生：衞生比較好，地面整潔，房間無異味，床品乾淨，就是樓道有一點發黴的味道，老酒店很正常。
環境：環境整體都很好，樓下購物就餐都比較方便，離天下滙寶雞南站都很近，位置很好，就是在一個高架橋旁邊，晚上會有點吵。
服務：前台服務人員態度一般，衹能説有問必答，算不上禮貌熱情，樓層保潔服務態度好，響應及時。

一次因公差旅變成了舒心的度假，這都要歸功於這次明智的酒店選擇。最讓我感動的是前台的服務，得知我是第一次來寶雞，她們不僅快速辦理好入住，還熱情地向我推薦了周邊幾家地道的老字號美食和值得一逛的景點，讓我的行程豐富了不少。清晨，在酒店享用了豐盛的早餐，尤其是那碗熱乎乎的臊子麪，讓我瞬間愛上了這座城市的味道。而最讓我安心的是酒店的便利性，無論是從寶雞南站過來，還是第二天要去市區辦事，交通都極其方便，完全不用擔心時間問題。這家酒店用出色的服務和便利的位置，徹底征服了我，滿分好評！

這酒店的好評全是找人刷的，或者是給小恩小惠換的，入住體驗真的太差了。
①四星級酒店連一瓶洗手液都沒有，放着一塊兒香皂。
②地板臟的一塌糊塗，臟到我一進衞生間得做半天心理建設（圖2中地板上的印子，剛打開門進去的時候就是這樣你，不介意的都去住住）。
③一個巨大的浴缸放在淋浴頭下面，浴缸裏面到處都是踩出來的印子，很臟，且你得站在浴缸裏洗澡，而且洗澡的噴頭調節不了，衹能用那個用來沖浴缸的大壓力噴頭，太差勁了。
這四星級跟隔壁華住旗下的三星級比，也是難以望其項背，不知道這樣的環境為什麼還在四星級之列，攜程的四星級是不是應該動態評估？
離店後給我打電話要好評，我説正好提醒了我，必須給差評，對方説給我送一堆早餐券，讓我給好評，我説以後永遠不會去這個酒店住了，早餐券毫無意義，即使住店費用全部免費也是差評，但是如果他們肯把香皂換成洗手液，我還是會在評論中把問題指出來，但給五星，對方不肯。一個四星級酒店，我作為一個再也不會去住的人，不過為其他後來的入住者爭取用個洗手液都不能行，如果還有人願意去住，我衹能祝你好運。

不管是出差還是旅遊，這絕對是體驗最差的酒店，開關在抽屜裏，地面衞生簡直無法容忍，馬桶抽數是不是出問題，開水壺裡麪是什麼？尤其是保安，因為下雨沒看到停車場問了下保安，保安原話是那麼大的字你看不見嗎，開車過去看寫的收費停車場，問了下住宿停車免費嗎，保安回答你訂酒店自己不知道嗎，綜上，這個價位這個服務絕對最差，補充一句，客房阿姨服務還是很熱情的

入住體驗感較差，從辦理入住時前台工作人員冷漠的態度開始，問什麼都是一臉的冷冰冰，沒有一絲笑容。然後是入住，訂了三間套房，房間設施比較老舊，入住當晚房間燈就壞了，瘋狂的閃。空調完全就是擺設，房間裏很冷。馬桶沖完水後一直有水箱注水的聲音，響了一個晚上。房間隔音更是沒法説，隔壁房間的人大點聲説話就像是在一個房間，甚至隔壁手機震動聲都聽的一清二楚。樓上更是叮叮咣咣跑了一晚上，不是客人的問題，是酒店幾乎沒有隔音。床單竟然還有補丁，枕套也有破損，早餐中規中矩，豆漿咖啡牛奶全部是粉沖的，非常不推薦。

一個字：差！兩個字：很差！三個字：非常差！頭一次見插座和開關在抽屜裏面的，前台態度也很差，愛答不理的，電梯巨難等，住14樓，電梯每次等七八分鐘，衞生就不説了，姐妹們，看圖吧，求求你們了，400多一晚的酒店，還在豪華酒店排行榜上，我真不知道説啥了，避雷避雷避雷！
