Facilities: The facilities are very old, the door locks are broken, and the shower head is also broken.
Hygiene: If you live next to a mountain, you can understand if there are insects.
Environment: It looks very good from the outside, but the room is dark and damp when entering.
Service: You must pay a deposit to check in. When I entered the room, I found that the door was broken. I contacted the contact person at the front desk to see it and there was nothing I could do. I called later and reported that it had not been repaired. The front desk asked me what do you want now?

酒店門頭很大，到的時候晚上 10 點，網上提前預約的兩天兩晚兩間標間説沒有了，等了 30 分鐘左右，給升級了一間套房和一間親子房，雖然等的久，能給升級房間還是比較滿意的。房間裡邊設施比較一般，陽台窗户關不上，洗浴熱水一會兒涼一會兒熱，給孩子洗澡孩子都怕孩子着涼了。早飯一言難盡，五一期間人特別多，菜品味道一般，找桌子找不到，找到的桌子上吃完的碟子碗沒有來得及收拾，草草吃了就離開了。還想吐槽的就是門鎖，總共找前台了三次，門鎖沒電一次，卡消磁了一次，需要續住禁卡一次……
因為下雨，原本計劃好的九龍山爬山沒去成，就去泡了温泉，場地確實大，就是幹浴巾供應不足，天氣又涼，濕浴巾裹着太冷了又沒辦法。總體感受一般，景區環境真的好，服務意識有待提高！

房間設施還行，整體環境也很好，大山下，空氣清新。但是衞生條件真的不敢恭維，房子裏到處都是臭蟲，打死或者趕走了，還有新的出來，一晚上都在跟它作鬥爭。跟酒店説，因為客人多，沒法換房。就讓保潔阿姨來掃一下，還等了1個小時。
阿姨就解釋説在山裡不能避免，但是別的山裡的酒店也不是這個情況啊。
還有早餐，全靠搶，酒店挺大的，好幾棟樓，就一個餐廳。裏面站滿了人，外面還有排隊的。
過節想來的，還是慎重一些。酒店沒有那麼大的接待能力。

裝修有些古老，空調聲響特別大，衞生間頂燈處好像樓上滲水，牆皮都掉渣渣了。上一家住完應該沒收拾地板，樂高玩具都在地上，整體來説酒店不值那個價錢

入住必須14點才開始辦理，辦理時候排了長長的隊伍，到房間結果還沒打掃，陽台的門也鎖不上，早餐差點意思，我覺得根本原因是這麼大酒店服務人員太少，長假期間訂單這麼多，應該提前做好準備，提高服務質量。

酒店很大，設施不錯，我們訂的一樓房間，有些潮，有點異味，其他都挺好。建議酒店和温泉聯合，酒店價格高還要單獨買温泉票，性價比不是很高。
