淋浴間地上都是各種毛髮，而且地漏堵塞，淋浴的時候水下不去，地漏裏面的臟東西都翻出來了，味道很大，房間隔音很差，早餐説好的九點送達，結果打電話催前台，將近十點才送到，餐廳根本就沒有開放，但是平台上也未備註
