The service at this hotel was great, and the room was very clean. The TV had a huge screen and even came with a membership, so you could search for and watch whatever you wanted. Very good!

The room was clean and in a great location, close to most of Baoding's attractions, all within walking distance. To get a taxi, you need to walk out of the hotel parking lot and wait on the roadside. The room is on a lower floor, so it was a bit noisy. A card is required to go upstairs, but security was okay. The room window was a little drafty, but thankfully the curtains were thick. Breakfast was satisfying. The front desk allowed a late check-out, thank you. Overall, good value for money.

The service did not reach the expectations. As the description said, we can leave the baggages with the hotel. And when we asked, she just said that we can just leave our bags by the couch, with the not-a-service mind. The second front person we encountered was just a tiny bit better. So we had to go outside and pay for the bag deposit. The cleanliness is another problem. The floor inside the room was so sticky, to the point that we needed to wear the slippers all the time. We didn’t want to bother the receptionist so we had to endure that issue. We also requested the non-smoking room but we got the one filled of smoking smell.

Check-in was super fast, and they thoughtfully recommended local eateries and sightseeing routes. The room's cleanliness was top-notch; the sheets and duvet were spotless and odor-free, and the sink and bathroom were immaculate. It also had great natural light, and opening the curtains revealed a wide-open street view. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept wonderfully at night, completely undisturbed by outside noise. When checking out, the staff even proactively helped me with my luggage. The attention to detail in their service was outstanding. Next time I'm in this city, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

This hotel absolutely deserves a five-star rating! The environment is exceptionally nice, with soft, non-glaring lighting in the hallways. The rooms offer a fantastic view, and the windows are quite large. The facilities are comprehensive, including Wi-Fi, a laundry room, and a gym (though you need a card to enter). Cleanliness is also good; the tables are spotless, and the towels and bath towels are soft and reassuring. The service is incredibly attentive; the receptionist is super patient and always has a smile on her face – so comforting!

Multiple comparisons finalized this, staying did not disappoint. The store environment is elegant and clean, the room design is humane, the living is convenient, and the washing area is dry and clean. The air conditioner is stable and the network is smooth, taking into account the drama and office. The staff is polite and attentive and enthusiastic to introduce the surrounding food attractions. The charge is transparent and no miscellaneous charges, and the price/performance ratio is far beyond the same price. It is highly recommended for tourists to stay.

It might be because it's cold and the windows are not open, there is a smell in the room. I still hope to open the windows more often to get some fresh air. The hygiene of the bathroom needs to be improved. Everything else is good. The service attitude is very enthusiastic👍

After we decided to visit Baoding for the National Day holiday, I quickly booked our accommodation. After comparing several options, I chose this hotel because it's within walking distance to attractions like the Zhili Governor's Office. I booked it quite far in advance, so the price was really good (it went up later, so glad I snagged it early!). The room was very spacious. When we checked in, I asked about the buffet breakfast and decided to purchase it for both days since the discounted price was reasonable. It turned out to be a really satisfying buffet. We ran out of the complimentary bottled water in the room and could ask the front desk for more, which we did many times. In fact, we even filled up the hotel's provided water bottles with boiled water to take with us when we went out. This hotel definitely deserves a great review!

This hotel is very close to Baoding Railway Station, with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It's near a main road, and the soundproofing of the windows is only so-so. The corridors are also poorly soundproofed. The hotel doesn't have many rooms, but it has many floors, and there's only one elevator, which gets very crowded during peak hours. It's about 1 kilometer from the Zhili General Administration Scenic Area. The front desk staff were pushing Huazhu Club VIP memberships and even tried to get me to cancel my Ctrip booking and rebook through the Huazhu Club app, which annoyed me. I sympathize with the front desk staff who are under pressure to push this service.
