Kudos to the staff! On March 3rd, after checking out, I realized I'd left my USB drive in the room. The housekeeper on duty in room 408 found it and immediately handed it over to the front desk. The front desk staff promptly contacted us while we were already on the highway heading home. After discussing it, they kindly offered to mail the USB drive to my address. They even refused my thank-you red packet. This hotel truly offers family-like service and deserves high praise. I also want to commend the front desk staff from last night who helped me find a charger and even charged my power bank. I'll be coming to Baoding frequently in the future, and I'll definitely be staying at Jinjiang Inn Baoding Military Academy Square!

There are a small number of parking spaces at the door. The building next to it says the underground parking lot. I don’t know if I can park in. The hotel is in a good location. It is very close to various attractions. There are also some shops around the downstairs. The hotel is fully equipped and the rooms are clean. The family room is still a suite. This is very good. The door of the room is not soundproof, but this is a common problem in the hotel, not much evaluation, the service is very good, the room attendant and the front desk are very polite and smiley, indicating that the hotel training is in place, the lobby restaurant environment is elegant and comfortable, this is the hotel's plus points, also give Baoding extra points!

I'm a business tourist from the USA, stayed at this hotel almost 2 weeks and they all made me feel at home. This hotel excels in customer service...and I don't say that lightly. I've stayed in almost 12 different hotels in my extensive travels across China and in general, hotel personnel attitudes tend to be cold, formal and impersonal. But staff at this hotel....from front desk, to restaurant and cleaning staff are very personable, warm and friendly. The ladies at the front desk are super sweet, kind, friendly and helpful. The lady that checked me in was very nice. Another front desk lady (she told me not to mention her name) went out of her way to spend hours on the phone and online to help me resolve some serious online order logistics issues because I don't speak Chinese. If I was looking for a Chinese wife, I woulda sly slid a wedding ring on her finger before she knows what hit her 😜😂 I sure 'nuff enjoyed my stay....and heck yeah I'll be back!!!

This hotel is great! I've stayed in so many hotels on business trips, but this one was a pleasant surprise. The front desk staff were friendly and quick to check in, and any problems were resolved promptly. The bedding was comfortable, and the shower water pressure was excellent! It washed away all the fatigue of the day. The underfloor heating was great, the temperature was comfortable, and it wasn't drying. The facilities were quite complete, including a laundry room and a gym. There's a bus stop right outside, making it convenient for driving and taking a taxi. Business trips are tiring enough, so having a place where you feel pampered is really worth it. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in this area.

The room is not big, it is a big room when you enter, the bath is completely unobstructed, it is very inconvenient for a family of three to take the children, the bathtub is next to the bed, I don't know which master design is difficult to understand.

Several restaurants specializing in local Baoding delicacies, including braised flatbread and shredded pork with garlic sauce, are located to the west of the hotel. The hotel parking attendant is very responsible in guiding guests to their parking spots. The breakfast selection is good, and the room facilities match the hotel's standards. The front desk service is warm and welcoming. It's a top choice for tourists visiting attractions like the Zhili Governor's Office.

The hotel is strategically located, convenient transportation, beautiful surroundings, complete room facilities, clean and tidy, and the front desk lady service is super good! The bathroom is super big! really! Great! There is also a top spray shower. It takes ten minutes to walk to the Cooperation Road Snack City. There is also a time-honored donkey meat fire behind the hotel, and takeaways are also delivered by robots.

Taking advantage of May Day free, about three or five friends go out for a walk. Hotel facilities, health, environment, service can be, the price is still very high during the festival. Due to the rush when booking, the window of the room was not seen. Because some of the relatives and friends were older, they coordinated with the front desk and the front desk staff also helped us solve it. grateful.

The room is quiet, the bedding is comfortable, there is a parking lot in front of the door, parking is convenient, there are many shopping centers around, it is very convenient to travel and eat, the front desk is very polite, giving people a homely feeling, the most worth mentioning is the breakfast, rich and varied, although the restaurant is small but it is cleaned up in time, there are pancakes, which are particularly good, a very satisfactory stay experience.

Location of this hotel is convenient near big malls and in the evening the ambience is vibrant and exciting. The decor is old-fashioned but well-maintained. The staff us very helpful and friendly. I stayed on the 23th floor with amazing view of a park. Breakfast is great with lots of choices. In the afternoon, there was a snack and fruit treat in the room.
