這次保定萬博廣場亞朵入住體驗特別好。作為民宿從業者，我從服務到硬件都深有感觸。辦理入住時，前台見我獨自帶娃，主動加微信讓我隨時聯繫。遊玩時孩子意外崴腳哭鬧，聯繫前台後，晚上7點多經理多伊帶着輪椅趕來，她用照顧侄子的經驗陪孩子玩耍，還推輪椅帶我們周邊散心，滿足孩子想出門的心願。深夜10點她特意安排廚師做了雞蛋羹，客房姐姐們打掃時也總逗孩子開心，讓孩子忘了不適。孩子親手寫了感謝信，全程被暖心照顧。這次入住超滿意，會推薦給朋友，下次還選亞朵，也期待有機會深入瞭解這個品牌。

The service staff are also very enthusiastic and will take the initiative to say hello. And they also provide milk, fruits and minibar. I would also like to make two suggestions, hoping to do better: 1. There is a refrigerator in the room and a minibar, but the refrigerator does not dissipate heat well in the cabinet. When you open the cabinet, hot air comes out, and the cabinet door is hot. It feels like it is a safety hazard after a long time. 2. The hotel closes breakfast at 9:30, which is slightly earlier than a five-star hotel. Moreover, many items are gone before 9 o'clock. The bread and egg tarts are all empty and will not be replenished. This is better than that of a five-star hotel. It’s different~ but there is ice cream for breakfast, which is great! A very attentive hotel, I hope Baoding Banquet can do better! ~

I drove there, so I chose a hotel with a parking lot. When I arrived early, the parking lot security refused to let me in, saying there was no space, so I went to the attraction first. As a result, the hotel front desk called again and asked for my car number. If there was no parking space, I could contact them to park the car when I returned at noon. There are parking spaces at the venue. Maybe the hotel and restaurant share a parking lot. Parking spaces are tight. I went to the front desk before 1 p.m. to ask if I could check in. They said that the wellness twin room we booked was not available and we could check into the king bed room first. If it was not suitable, we could change it and just want to rest first. I don’t care too much. I don’t know if it was downgraded. Anyway, there is no foot bath or treadmill. It is quite quiet and the air conditioning is powerful. It is also a non-smoking room and I gave a small gift. Illy coffee machine. The hotel breakfast is good and rich. The service is also warm. There is also Baoding Library on the first floor. The book is a good experience, right?

The room I stayed in had a wide view, the city scenery outside the floor-to-ceiling windows complemented the decoration of the indoor log color, the mattress was moderately soft and hard, and I slept peacefully all night. Special praise for the thoughtful service at the front desk, free late check-out, freshly cooked noodles for breakfast and smart food delivery robots are also impressive.
