This was my first time staying here, and I had booked a single room, but it wasn't on this property and required going outside. Since I wasn't familiar with the area, the front desk lady kindly upgraded me to a standard room right here at the hotel. Her service was incredibly thoughtful! The room facilities were new, the bedding was comfortable, breakfast was plentiful, and the location was convenient. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

However, the gym and swimming pool were closed, which is a slight drawback compared to five-star standards. Regarding breakfast, there was a severe shortage on the first day of the May Day holiday, with guests scrambling for food. This was likely the first time the hotel had handled peak tourist season, indicating a serious lack of management assessment. However, things improved quickly by the second day. The self-service ice cream machine was a highlight, and while the selection was varied, the taste and presentation needed improvement. The noodles at the noodle station were generally unappetizing and needed improvement. The instant coffee machine was also subpar. Finally, the service was slow to respond. The front desk phone went unanswered several days before booking, and I only managed to reach them through Ctrip. Check-in was also slow, indicating a need for improvement in staff training and management. Overall, the hotel's price is competitive compared to other hotels in the same category.

This stay was great! Hotel parking is particularly convenient, the exclusive parking lot is sufficient, after parking, it takes two minutes to walk to the lobby, too friendly to self-driving tourists. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the night was very quiet, and the night was good. The accommodation is spacious and clean, and the decoration facilities are very new. The reception desk on the first floor has a good service attitude and gave two more bottles of mineral water. The washing machine and dryer on the second floor of the hotel are self-service and very convenient. Cost-effective, very satisfied accommodation experience. Not far from the hotel, there is a delicious biscuit clip everything, which can be used as breakfast.

The room was clean and the service staff was polite. The hotel has not been open for a long time and the overall is very good. The supplies are complete and flawless. Intelligent voice control lights are all available. The hotel breakfast is simple, but acceptable and the taste is OK. More important, it is a business trip in the morning. When you have materials to print, there is a free self-service machine printing materials at the front desk. It is quite friendly and convenient. It is super five-star praise and highly recommended.

Overall, the Tuyu Guesthouse was a very good stay. The guesthouse is elegantly and grandly decorated. To the right of the entrance is a stone lion display wall, and to the left is a rose wall. Various old-carved lintels adorn the floor. A friendly corgi greets you at the entrance, the receptionist is helpful in planning your itinerary, and a lady prepares breakfast thoughtfully. The view outside is breathtaking, overlooking the Longmen Gorge scenic area. Waking up early and watching the sunset from the rooftop, you can see Langya Mountain in the distance. In particular, the guesthouse has a cave room, which the owner kindly showed us. It was incredibly cool; if you have the chance to stay there in the summer, it would be absolutely amazing.

I was afraid that I could not book a car when I went to Baoding for the exam. The boss was very enthusiastic and patiently helped us contact the driver to book a car. The items needed could be provided in time. The accommodation environment was good and clean. The fly in the ointment is that the hair dryer has to be pressed all the time.
