Hotel is nice across from shopping mall and many restaurants nearby. The staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable with good amenities. Breakfast has plenty options.

The hotel is very comfortable with wonderful service! Unlike some other hotels I’ve stayed at before, this one did not have any cigarette smell. The staff are friendly to foreigners and the breakfast includes both Chinese and Western cuisines. Will definitely visit again in the future!

The hotel staffs are very helpful and professional. The most pity thing is a breakfast. When I visited the restaurant, there were so many people there. So, retuned to the room, and revisited the restaurant after 9:00. What I was so surprised is that many restaurant staffs are trying to prepare to close the restaurant after 9:30 even though there are still many guests in the restaurant. Many of the foods are already run out or cleaned out of the restaurant. It was really uncomfortable even though they mentioned that the restaurant is available until 10:00. I had to eat breakfast so in a hurry to help them clean up the restaurant. I hope they start the process of closing the restaurant after all the guests have left the restaurant.

All good. Good restaurants and buffet. Nice staff. Pool is good. Central location, near modern malls. Very good for a 4 star hotel.

已經不是第一次入住星光酒店的了，每次來保定都是我的不二選擇，店裡環境十分舒適，前台服務非常熱情，服務細節做的真的很好，積極主動告知有免費的飲品，退房還贈送了小禮品，很貼心。

因為保定離北京太近，每次出行，反而在保定停留的機會不多，每年一半以上時間都在外面住酒店，星光的服務和品質絕對數一數二，這次的入住，讓我對保定的酒店服務和品質刮目相看，以後可以經常來星光哦。不太喜歡寫評價，這次洋洋灑灑寫了這麼多，大家慢慢看😂
酒店的位置絕對方便，對面就是保百購物中心，出門左走500米是北國先天下，1200米有驢肉曹，周邊還有很多熱門餐飲，去各景點也方便。
預訂房間時，下單後，酒店很快根據我的備註打來電話落實和確定，並詢問了是否開車，大致到酒店的時間和車牌號，並告知會預留車位。此處也還不算很特別，因為也會有一些酒店如此，待我們到達酒店時，才知道酒店打來的電話絕不是問問而已，而是非常認真的由每一個酒店工作人員在執行。特別感謝打來電話的那位姑娘，不厭其煩，幾次來電，告知我預訂時遺漏了一些選項，並很好的處理了我的需求。
到達酒店停車場的入口處，停車場的師傅正準備詢問我們，突然我就發現他眼裡發出了強光，彷彿在説，可等到你來了😂，他沒有繼續詢問，而是將放在入口處的錐桶移開，向我們揮動着手，示意我們跟着他，而師傅則在前面領跑，指引我們停到了一處放有錐桶的非常好的預留車位，當時我都驚了👍。酒店的停車場非常大，停車很便利的。
進入酒店辦理手續，也同樣如此，前台會告知您的需求是什麼，我們是如何幫您安排的，非常細緻。
預訂贈送的下午茶是一個小點心和一杯熱飲，在B做座留下的烘焙坊領取，非常不錯。
酒店贈送每日水果和睡前熱牛奶，小點心，非常貼心。
酒店的早餐很好，有特色的保定驢火和牛肉罩餅，也有油條，豆腐腦和粥，品種不少，第一天的早餐還有大蝦😂
再説酒店硬件，硬件質量不錯，房間和寬敞，乾淨舒適，佈局合理，洗手間很大，浴缸和洗手池的位置設計很到位，還有就是房間的空調，很暖，靜音，非常好，對了，還有就是房間小冰箱上大大的字貼着免費享用，就是小冰箱裏的飲料和啤酒，是免費的哦。
總之非常滿意的一次入住👍
