河大留學生親戚來看望孩子，幫他們訂的酒店；選擇了離家門口最近的，挨着軍校廣場，出門逛街、打車，去西大街及河大本部都很方便；臨走前特意問了他們，説對這次居住體驗很滿意，前台小姐姐們服務態度超好，很熱情友好；房間乾淨衞生，也很暖和；另外，他們對咱的送餐機器人很感興趣，哈哈😁

前台服務態度好，房量緊湊，到的有點早了，前台給我們提供了免費的養生茶喝，等了一會兒還給我們免費升級了房間，很開心。房間衞生乾淨，地理位置，離美食街很近，下次還優先考慮

服務：給家裡孩子考研複試訂的房間，明明有延遲退房到14:00，但是酒店11點多就打電話通知12:00退房，孩子也不清楚情況，着急忙慌的就把房退了，東西都沒有收拾完，最後還是在大廳複習的， 感覺也影響到了下午的複試，太差勁了。
