不管去哪裡出行，桔子酒店都是我的第一選擇，這次選擇的桔子酒店依然很好。設施很新，智能家居也很好用，床也很舒服，其次就是桔子酒店的洗手液沐浴露味道我真的很喜歡，下回再來保定還會選擇這家桔子

房間就和沒打掃一樣桌子上全是灰，想看個電視打開沒有信號，也不能投屏，我在攜程訂的房明明説可以延遲到下午倆點，本來想小睡一會，結果剛11點多就打電話催退房，很不高興，另外衞生間的牆皮還有脱落非常不舒服，房間不僅牀頭櫃有大面積灰，還有電視櫃下面也有灰，酒店的冰箱也不能用，找到插頭連個插座也找不到，你這酒店100多的也就算了價格在那裡也沒辦法，你這一晚上將近300塊，你這個酒店還不在市裡，同樣的價格市裡的比這好上不是一點半點，非常不滿意，本來經常住桔子酒店，桔子酒店就是首選，沒想到你們家能這麼不負責任，這麼大的品牌一點責任不負，真的讓人太失望了。

衞生間煙味極大，客房內手被小蟲子咬，夜晚十點多剛進客房，很快就有按摩小卡片塞到客房門內！前台和早餐服務人員冷漠，體驗感很差

臨時起意住了一次東站附近的桔子酒店，説説感受吧。
設施：酒店設施算是比較齊全，但是房間太小了，分佈的太密集。不像保定這個價位還有的。一整層樓有好多房間。應該很多都是內窗。
衞生：衞生還可以。
環境：距離高速口和高鐵站都比較方便。
服務：按理説連鎖酒店的服務應該都是統一培訓的，但是一進門就感覺很冰冷的態度，辦理入住的時候前台竟然不知道我訂的房間有沒有早餐，系統第一眼就可以看見。退房時間也不清楚，所以服務很差。退房也不熱情，太冷。
總之，下次可能不會選擇，附近可選擇的也很多。

酒店比較新，前台接待熱情，大堂設計主題鮮明，空氣中瀰漫著桔子的味道，房間及衞生間乾淨，是一次不錯的先則，房間裏忘拍了，與描述的差不多，免費停車
