非常棒的酒店哦！家人都非常滿意！有停車場，服務非常好，從前台到打掃員再到保安員，服務都很好。早餐也還可以，不像大酒店那種豐富好看，但是也夠吃了，晚上九點後有粥，雞蛋玉米，小包子等。前台還有很多小補給，比如耳挖勺，剪指刀，牙線，眼鏡布，針線包，茶包類的等等，都是免費的哦！按需拿取，很人性化。位置屬於新城區吧，旁邊是保百商場，晚上逛一逛，溜溜彎。安家罩餅總店就在離酒店不遠，我們走過去10分鐘不到，很好吃哦！每天都有水果送到屋裡，打掃的很乾凈，洗漱用具也給換了新的。看我們桌上有鼠標，還給放了一個鼠標墊，有心啦！走的時候車擋玻璃和反光鏡也給擦了👏👏👍👍👍住了這麼多酒店，勵豪算服務超好的了！下次有機會來保定還會住這裏！

看過別人推薦，攜程訂酒店時看到有個排行榜第一，所以想來住試試。我們訂的房型面積不是特別大，是內窗，後來我發現層數好像也不對，不過裏面衞生還是不錯的，水，咖啡都有的。一次性用品齊全，尤其是馬桶套質量非常好。浴巾是單次消毒的，相對比較放心。放假電視會員通看，適合帶孩子。我們到的比較晚，房型含酒店歡迎禮，打電話之後給送過來了，但是攜程會員積分還加換了一份水果，晚上前台説沒有的，也不是為了一份水果，但是有點不舒服，第二天退房時，本不想説了，但是前台美女非常細心又貼心詢問居住是否滿意，有一點不滿意讓我們説出來，又和另一位美女一起給我解決了這個不舒服，不但補了水果，退房也都會送水和水果，我知道為什麼這麼多人選擇並且評價很高了，服務非常到位的。很多時候大家出來玩兒都是非常注意細節的，細節決定成敗，是不錯的酒店，下次還會選擇～

豪華級酒店的設施和服務，標準明顯高於市面上絕大部分五星級，一點不誇張，隨便舉例：健身房是24小時的，洗衣是可以幫忙的（不是老五星那種收錢），夜宵是豐富的，前台小工具盒子和小茶點是五花八門的，浴巾是獨立封裝的，歡迎水果是果切而不是普通連鎖的瓷盤，愛奇藝是會員免費看的，wifi是巨流暢速度非常快的。

房間乾淨整潔，入門還有歡迎禮，讓出門有了回家的感覺，很暖心，房間配置齊全，還有小朋友專用的拖鞋和洗漱用品，服務人員很熱情，有問必答，有求必應，交通也比較方便，周圍什麼都有，退房還幫忙拿行李，還有伴手禮，讓這趟旅程變得更加完美了，推薦

衝著服務好來的。首先有免費宵夜，雞蛋，粥，包子等
勵豪歡迎禮:有酸梅湯，水果，牛角包
房間衞生也挺好的，唯一可惜就是酒店門口停車場小，衹能停到旁邊的大院裏，沒有享受到擦車擋風玻璃和灌玻璃水的服務。還有就是早餐到9:30結束，希望能再延長到10點就好了
有大叔特別好幫我們提行李到旁邊車場。

住過的酒店裡麪細節控、暖心指數最高的酒店，有人給幫拿行李，找車位，車位很近但服務人員還説有點遠，大堂布置的很好，很多小玩意細節太棒，還有免費的酸梅湯，下午水果到房，屋內設施其實有點老但是還配了空氣凈化器，電視也非常大，東西太全，幾乎伶包入住，孩子生病提前退房，為了酒店想再來保定。
