衞生:這應該是每一個住客最關心的問題 也是一個酒店的根本吧
1.由於自己帶了旅行床單被罩 所以要把被子掀開來鋪 結果就發現了床單上的污漬 那麼明顯 但凡是換的新床單 鋪上去應該第一眼就能發現 衹能説明客房服務並沒有一客一換 通知客房工作人員過來更換 她找了個理由説是床單洗完應該是運輸過程沾了臟東西 這個部位怎麼看都應該是被摺疊起來的部位 所以這種理由聽聽就算了 如果不是自己帶床單鋪 這個位置在被罩蓋住的地方 還真是不好發現
最可笑換完床單端了個果盤表示歉意 還跟我要五星好評 好像為我換乾淨的床單是個值得五星好評的事而不是酒店的基本服務
2.酒店早餐 阿姨竟然用手抓煮熟的麪條放碗裏 雖然阿姨帶着工作手套 但我覺得並不衞生 畢竟阿姨還負責煎蛋等其他工作 跟餐廳工作人員提意見 工作人員並不覺得有問題 還説阿姨會洗手的
可能對於這個酒店來講 衞生並不是他們最在意的吧
服務:
1.早上7:30吃早飯 飯後想吃點西瓜 餐碗裏衹剩了點底還都是那種邊角 就跟服務員説能不能加點西瓜 服務員看了看説這不是還有嗎 你看看剩的都是邊角了 能再加點嘛 這才去又加了些西瓜 早餐才剛開始 又不是要結束了 加點餐就那麼費勁嗎
2.退房之後前台給我打電話 問我酒店房間毛巾在哪裡？我？難不成你酒店毛巾我會偷？？？

第一次住這家酒店，今年新開業的，所以設施都很新。而且標間可以給拼床，成一個特大床，方便帶兩個小朋友的家庭入住。門口停車場，能停二十多輛車吧，後面好像還有個院子也能停車。
我訂的豪華商務房-雙床，這種房型在2層，帶一個挺大的户外平台，不過現在白天太熱，實際除了看着痛快一些，沒什麼作用，多一百塊錢房費。
進房間發現馬桶蓋子上有污漬沒有擦乾淨，自己給擦了燙了，所以這方面還是應該注意。
前台服務很好，有需要的東西衹要給前台打電話，都能馬上送來，這點不錯。但是客房服務員服務一般，也許正好我趕上這個不行。她在別的房間打掃，我從門口過在車上拿了兩瓶礦泉水，正好服務員出來，一臉不高興，我説我拿兩瓶礦泉水，結果一句話沒説瞪我一眼，我實在不能理解，她有什麼不痛快的事兒。所以我的好評是給前台服務的
早餐某音有團購，十幾塊錢一位，實際標價好像是88一位。
種類還行，但是味道一般，果汁像兑水的，牛奶像奶粉沏的，品質有待提高。

新酒店，環境很好，位置也很方便，裝修很有格調，原本訂的房型離電梯很近，當班經理幫忙升級到了高樓層，很貼心，客房衞生很乾凈，完全沒有裝修的味道，前台服務反應很及時，機器人送物很方便，早餐還有特色美食牛肉罩餅味道很棒，餐廳員工服務很熱情，很滿意的一次入住體驗，下次還會選擇再來

有個獨立的小院，停車特別方便，也清凈。新酒店，房間非常乾淨，之前擔心的裝修味道問題完全沒有。早餐比較豐富，但是餐廳不太大，人比較多。

現在出門有歡朋都會作為首選，乾淨舒適，這次更是驚喜到有早餐包，早上太早吃飯沒胃口，還想早點兒出發的人來説簡直是福音，餐廳服務人員特別熱情，給了我兩個打包盒，讓我隨便拿喜歡的吃的，然後為我打好包帶走。體驗感特別好

前台服務態度很好，辦完入住遇到工作人員還會主動引路，房間乾淨無異味，停車場挺大，工作日來的，停車位特別富裕，旁邊幾百米處有個小型商場，開車十幾分鐘有清真的安家牛肉罩餅，走的時候睡衣落在酒店了，服務人員還幫忙郵寄回來了

本次入住貴店 是因為在保定前兩日入住的酒店 個人感覺環境及設施不符合四星標準 果斷更換到歡朋入住 前台服務手腳麻利 設施環境等還是歡朋的一貫風格 很滿意 早餐也很豐富 因為下午的高鐵較晚出發 與前台溝通 得到延遲退房 非常感謝 酒店位於高新區 周邊的大型商場很多 非常方便吃住行等各項需求 推薦入住 就是酒店大門設定的道閘 出租車都不進入內部大堂門口 需推着行李箱走一段路到門外下車後車 不太方便
