吹爆這家寶藏酒店!服務特別貼心，前台小姐姐主動歡迎，因為到早了還幫安排了提前入住，介
紹了一下週邊景點。位置絕了，到直隸總督署，古蓮花池、西大街景區都在1公里左右，逛景點
超方便。房間乾淨到發光!床品蓬鬆柔軟，設施很新，衞生間乾濕分離設計合理，隔音效果也不

酒店環境好，地理位置優越，前台熱情服務好客房打掃及時，工作人員都很敬業，設身處地的為人着想，非常滿意的一次入住，昨晚颳大風，工作人員還免費幫忙換房升級房間早餐的餛飩也非常好吃，停車場也很大，非常推薦

第一 非常不隔音 隔壁清嗓子都能聽見
第二 沒有什麼服務 贈送早餐也需要我網上取消 線下訂房 再加二十多元才能贈送（我沒取消 ） 床品也相當粗糙
我住了四天 第三天早上讓服務員換一下床單被單 服務員説她們三天才更換 到前台跟前台説了才能更換
第四天白天服務員未經同意打開了我的房間門 當時我正在洗澡 朋友在上廁所 幸好當時朋友在 不然對於一個女生來説 在洗澡的時候突然有人打開了房間門 這是什麼性質？
事發當天有事情不願意把時間浪費在扯皮上 於是選擇跟店傢俬下溝通 但是店家一直避重就輕 安排所謂經理跟我對接 整個流程一直都在推卸責任 事情已經發生 客人有情緒 第一時間不是解決客人情緒和問題 而且一直在説她們客房服務員沒有問題 流程沒有問題 話裏話外衹差説我在沒事找事了 這個事情可大可小 但是店家解決事情的態度激化了矛盾
我定了很多酒店 這是我給的第一個差評 我認為既然是開了這麼多年的酒店 設備陳舊 環境老化都是無法避免 但是在服務方面應該是最好的 結果卻令人大失所望
幾天住下來真是大失所望 所以我要求退掉一半房費 店家不同意 讓攜程客服協商 我退步退掉事發當天房費 結果後面打電話説也不退 衹能讓那個阿姨個人給我轉100元補償 （我拒絕了）真是佩服貴店的解決問題方式
第三環境一般 房間很小 睡覺的地方洗手間和浴室的面積一樣大 房間內的枱燈還是壞的 電視也不能投屏 還會出現打不開的情況 而且必須要對着機頂盒才能按動遙控器 機頂盒還被藏在電視後面 我找了半天 就這樣老化的房間還是高檔型
最後提醒各位出行的朋友 最近北方柳絮漫天飛 注意戴好口罩 皮膚敏感的朋友保護好自己

淡季旅行出遊，酒店位置還可以，去哪兒都方便。特別好的是酒店有自己的停車場，而且裏面有充足的充電樁位置，還都能慢充。
入住當天，房間床單有污漬，向客服反映後給換了房間。房間普遍較小，盥洗間面積都是挺充裕，總體還可以吧。

出來玩隨便訂的房間很驚喜，房間採光好，明亮，設施齊全，安靜舒適，衞生很乾凈，細節到位，床舒服，床墊舒適，水壓大，出水快，水温好，洗澡舒服，網速快，辦公方便。旁邊停車場空間大放心，給力。位置好，優越，位置優越，交通便利，出行方便。酒店外觀漂亮，高端，大氣，上檔次，設施好，大廳裝修有特色，佈局合理。早餐的自製的豆腐腦也很好喝，退房時還贈送了伴手禮和水，服務很周到。

房間非常乾淨整潔、還有洗衣房，早餐超乎預期，涼熱菜和各種稀飯、牛奶、雞蛋、飲料、主食應有盡有，現場製作麪條、還有手包的大餡餛飩，還提供水果和酸奶。尤其着重誇一下服務，一入住，就感到到前台小姐姐太熱情了，每一名服務員乃至保安人員都很熱情、周到和負責，有求必應，處處體現用心、貼心和温暖，還贈小禮物，真有賓至如歸之感。位置距離火車站很近步行15分鐘，而且離萬博商圈不遠，距離景點西大街、古蓮花池1公里，周邊商業設施交通方便，酒店停車場很大，對於開電車的人很友好可以充電，在保定這樣中小城市剛好。總之是非常好的一家酒店。
