一進門就聞到香氛，很温馨的感覺，綠植搭配的也很讓人養眼，佈局感覺舒適。房間內設施齊全完善，衞生間乾濕分離很方便。給前台服務點贊，每次路過都會熱情説問好。位置也不偏僻，去哪裡也都方便。

前台服務真是差到無語，感覺説什麼都是答非所問，辦個入住等了半小時，花高價錢給開低價房，還好住過知道房型區別，要不就給騙了，房間衞生也是很差，床單上有毛髮，花錢買的早餐，早餐也是簡陋的很，還賣38元一份，真是不值，280的價格不建議住這家，性價比極低。

酒店環境很好，服務員很貼心，早餐時電梯中碰到大堂經理，諮詢附近有無葯店，大堂經理直接安排服務員買了一盒胃腸寧送過來，瞬間覺得保定的天氣不冷了，很棒！遺憾的是，離開時大堂經理在電話，未做道謝
