酒店位置離西大街，直隸總督府稍遠一些，但是酒店免費停車2025年剛剛開業，硬件設施沒得説，衞生乾淨，房間是地暖，温暖舒適，服務也不錯，就是恰逢春節假期，入住滿房，造成了服務跟不上。提前預訂的房間，可是晚上九點多到店，房間衞生還沒打掃完，要等二十分鐘才入住。再説洗澡，入住之後，再要洗澡拖鞋也沒有了，又要的浴墊，服務員送來一條嶄新的，新開業的酒店就是好。然後我洗完澡之後，同行的人再洗，就沒有熱水了，那就等第二天再洗吧。結果，第二天造成吃完早點回房間後，地漏開始返臭味，惡臭（房間在一樓），問工作人員説是接待客人太多，有小孩往下水道塞玩具堵啦。沒辦法，衹能退房。本來挺好的房間入住體驗，給減分啦，前台小姐姐和管理人員一個勁的賠不是，送了小掛件以示歉意。總體酒店性價比還是很高，建議選擇，如果不是春節，還有剛開業，應該不會出現這些小問題的。。真的不建議選擇市中心的老舊酒店，出來旅遊住的要舒服，休息好了才能好好游完。
