Overall, the service is not bad.

Everything is convenient

Experience: The receptionist was very formal and polite, he was also very straightforward! The place was spacious and decorated, and the room was better than almost all the previous hotels we went too! Also the hallways aren’t very loud or crowded, that’s a plus. Service: They tidied the bed and replace the towels, pretty nice of them to do! Food/Drinks: We didn’t eat there, but the coffee was good (kinda tastes like tea).

Overall feeling good

The overall is good, the price is considered cheap among hotels of the same level in Chicago, and the location is not bad. I will consider staying again next time. But I don't know what time is the breakfast? I haven't had it for more than a week. 😆

Except for expensive, others are quite good. Breakfast is average, but this Western-style hotel, we are not used to eating is also normal. When I first arrived, I went to the restaurant in the hotel's atrium and ate a lunch. I didn't expect it to be quite pleasant. Suite was comfortable and spacious. Staff were all friendly and breakfast was delicious. Kids loved the waffle maker.
