Good, spread out property amidst lush greenery,mango trees and jungles.Very relaxing stay,ideal for a weekend outing with family. Wonderful experience of collecting juice dripping tree ripened mangoes and having them...simply unforgettable.Staff is friendly ,polite and always cooperative.Clean and hygienic.Go for the lake view rooms.Definitely recommended.

Well mannered staff. Prompt service. Clean room. Stayed in room no 20, it took time to cool down due to high volume. It would have been better to switch on before the guest arrival. Mr. Vivek served us well and courteous. We thank him. :)

The resort consists of cottages spread over land adjacent to the reservoir, offering excellent view and a setting for tranquility. The cottages are large, spacious, well furnished and the one we stayed in had an excellent setting and view. The room was large, reasonably clean and comfortable with double air conditioners; possibly to take care of harsh summers. house keeping needs better management as we had to get the soiled bed linens changed. Service is reasonable; one has to give allowance of staying in spread out accommodation. The cafeteria is adequate; bar is rather an excuse. Pets unleashed by some guests are a nuisance but the house mongrels were saviors.

Property was old, need some changes nothing else. As per food quality & quantity rate is ok but. Normal Mineral water ( 1 litter) cost 49+GST it just was... Please some add activities for kids when someone stay with kids. Cleanless was ok but please remove Parda( Inside bathroom) permanently.

With all the modern amenities, keeping the village environment / ambience at whole resort are command able work. At night you can feel the thrill of Jungle night as well as can remain busy with indoor games or spending lazy leisure time with lovely music and greenery.

Nice and pleasant stay. Food was good, rooms were clean and comfortable. Location of the property is good and just besides the dam. Indoor and outdoor playing arrangements are there. Having nice garden and lawn to enjoy. Property is having one shop where you can purchase local showpiece items as well.

We went to this place on 21st to 23rd December 2024 with a family of 5 adults and 1 child. We were given 2 rooms at the beginning most probably room no.18 and 19. 1 was on ground floor and other on 1st floor. Both the rooms had a damp smell as if the rooms were never opened. The furniture is broken and worn out, the tap of the basin constantly leaks since I was traveling with senior citizens due to water leaking it became very dangerous at night,some can slip. I have shared all the photos. Then wifi doesn't work in these rooms. Next day we were shifted to different rooms which were room no.1 and 4 and both the rooms had hell and heaven differences. I dnt understand when u r carrying such a big brand name and charging so high fare why can't I maintain the resort. This resort has all facilities like a play area, hardness but lack of staff for maintenance. The restaurant staff is also inadequate and the taste is not good. The food prices are very high compared to the service and taste.

It was disgustingly pathetic experience, extremely non cooperation, unhelpful and bad hospitality - be it supporting with basic password or with good services. None of the highlighted menu was available and I understand that it is comparatively remote area so it is possible that few if their food items may unavailable but at least hotel authorities should have informed that to customers, it is something basic to be informed about, but there was no such intimation at all and at the time of dinner they informed about it’s unavailabilities. Extremely rude behaviour of their reception staff and no cooperation at all. I’d never recommend this place to anyone.

Visited this property in July'2025 with my family for 1 night. Frankly speaking, there is not much to add to what the other reviewers have already written. We booked the room via a phone call and paid an advance amount to secure the booking. We were offered a lake View room # 8, which is probably a room with the best lake view and also the closest to the lake. In fact the other slightly costlier Lake View rooms , though larger in size, did not offer as good a view as room # 8. Checkin was smooth and house keeping was decent, but could have been better. However my major complaint with the room is the old worn out furniture, many of which need an immediate upgrade. For example the bed was squeaking so loud than even if you turned from one side to another, the loud noise would probably disturb the other inmates. Food was decent -- although many of the items were not available but Mr Vivek Choudhury's ever smiling face and hospitality more than made up for the same. Breakfast was a decent spread, and was okay considering the price.
