"Accommodating and friendly front desk staff with great dining options in Bankstown sports. Unfortunately my room left a lot to be desired: long black hairs on hand towel, shower towel, clumps in the corner of the room, toilet seat & bowl had stains, the shower towel smelt as if it had been used, and there was only one towel despite being a twin room. I'll chalk it up to a rushed cleaning job but pretty disappointing to be presented with that. Hope the other rooms are cleaner."

"It was great for one night stay. The hotel was located in a convenient location. Walking distance to a shopping centre. Sydney airport 30 minutes drive. The room we stayed was very clean and bed was comfortable."

"Although it was a one-night dormitory that was rushed due to the lack of schedule, it was in a good location to fall outside Sydney, and there was nothing worth living in except that the bathroom was a bit old, and the breakfast was worth eating for the price. It was okay to have a choice to eat with the insuper group. There were also McTteok, oil houses, bakery, etc. right next door, which was perfect for snacks."

"Because I went to the Sydney Bridge to watch the fireworks on December 31, it was already 2am when I returned to the hotel. It was generally good, but the room was slightly smaller, and the entrance was a large bed, but the living was still very warm!"

"We booked this accommodation due to its proximity to a nearby stadium venue, where we were going to in the evening. We were advised by ”in the know friend” that the overall area is not the kind you want to be out socially alone in after dark hours. This was evident, as 2 Police officers were in the sporting club venue, as we arrived back around midnight, looking for a person of interest. This was of no concern to us, we were not asked questions by the police, It's just that the police had the only staff working that night, attending to their needs. As part of the accommodation offer, we were generously offered a free drink of wine or beer. We were looking to have a drink before retiring to our rooms, so the staff were caught up with the police officers. My group did to other things, like checked out the TAB and seating in the bar area while waited. ( all very clean & tidy btw) We were eventually attended to and we move on, No worries there, my comments are just to highlight the overall societal concerns of Greenacres area after dark, as we could briefly hear the conversations and requests between the police and staff. Nevertheless. just speaking about the accomodation, my room was very clean & tidy, I appreciated the air conditioner being on already, as I entered the room. I had all the basic necessities that I needed: towel, fridge, kettle etc. The bathroom & toilets were shared, it was disappointing to see one that in one of the two toilets available, had broken seat that wasn't hinged to the toilet (it looked untidy and it was unknown for how long the seat has been broken). Overall I was very comfortable, i felt safe, I had a great sleep. The next morning, I took advantage of the 2 minute walk to the nearby supermarket for some groceries, the Sunday morning staff all greeted me with a ”good morning,” which was pleasant to hear and made me smile. Returning items to the fridge in my room, I then went back out for a walk lovely walk in the sunshine along the shopping strip, for fresh coffee & food from one of the many family run bakeries just 1 minute down the street from the accommodation. Overall i had a nice pleasant experience!"

"Beautiful location and beautiful price, this hotel located on the second floor of a pub but not noisy at all, close to everywhere and have everything you need. Recommend"
