I really like the view at this hotel, the place is also very strategic

Good location, just 5 minutes walking to duta mall and tou can go around menara pandang, pasar terapung, patung bekantan like just 10 minutes walking. This is my second time stay here and always be happy customer cauese all the staff very helpful and nice.

When we staying at hotel, there will be two important things, the room it’s self and the staff. And during my stay, Golden Tulip Banjarmasin has completely pay full attention to these two. Room was cooled before I enter and whiled I’m out. Bed was comfortable. Facilities inside the room works good. Scale was provided that’s a plus. Friendly staff complete my experience here

The hotel located in the city, where you can reach everything less than 15 minutes. There is a franchise fast food nearby (walking 5minutes, I think), or other restaurant nearby. The hotel staffs are friendly, despite of they missed to wake me up in the morning (and my friend in the other room). Overall, they are great and very informative if you ask about the attraction around the hotel. Oh, I also like the decoration, they put two big beautiful sasirangan (traditional Banjarmasin fabric) in the lobby.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. I was deeply disappointed. The staff was very slow in providing response. The room was quite dirty. The AC looks disgusting, it is obvious that it is rarely cleaned. There was blood stain on the bedsheets, the pillows were so smelly, and they didn’t bother to change it, and they didn’t bother to change it the next day when housekeeping did the male up room. They changed only after I asked them to do so. They kept giving hard time when it comes to paying services despite the fact that I left an open tab on my credit card at the receptionist. I understand that hospitality sector is struggling, but this kind of service is not acceptable.

The hotel is clean, strategic location, close to the city center. The service is friendly and agile Especially with the receptionist @Leny, the people are beautiful, kind and communicative. Just because the parking lot is high, for the owner of the car, the auto stuck. But overall satisfied

Not much can be expected from a hotel that is 12 years old, old facilities, old hallway and lobby atmosphere. Some things are still comfortable, such as soft linen and a soft mattress, even though the pillow is not very comfortable and sometimes the linen is not clean so it makes the body itchy, cleanliness is not maintained. What makes this hotel not go bankrupt is because it is located in the middle of the city, if only this was a hotel on the outskirts of the city this hotel would definitely be just a memory. However, for events and meetings, it is still very worth it.

Strategic location, spacious parking, nice and spacious rooms. Minus there is no fridge in the room anymore.. The last time I stayed at Eid last year there was still a fridge. Then when I just checked in, I was unpacking, suddenly an employee opened the door without knocking. So shocked.. 😭 Turns out I want to put a promo brochure. But how come the room is already filled with people, employees just come in and play like that. The communication between the crew is rather poor. You should be informed of the number of rooms that all guests have checked in. Luckily, I didn't change my clothes or anything, because in really new conditions, I arrived and I unpacked my suitcase.

Yusuf handle me when I do check in process. Everything going well. How he treat guests are excellent. Well explained with honest pure smile on his face. I'm not go straight to my room. I wanna stay for couple of minutes at their restaurant to enjoy the ambience. The vibes feels so lovely and welcome. Then Iman came, offering me with the menu's. Hey! All prices are soooo affordable! Believe me guys. I'm not mood yet for take main dishes, it's too early for me, so I order a cup of coffee. Unfortunately, at that time, Zuri Express Banjarmasin still not have a coffee machine. As a person who 'extremely' addicted to strong coffee, that's a little bit problem for me. But that's OK, who knows in the near future, they will have it. Anyway, Iman hospitality services is perfect. How about the room? LAV it! I'm staying at 701. It's perfectly fit for me, not too small or too big. Everything are clean, neat and (VERY) comfy. The internet speed, air conditioner and water heater works VERY good. Next morning when I do breakfast, Ika greetings me. I like the way she's smile. Cheerful person, energic and so kind. If you LOVE spicy, man YOU MUST come here! They have 20 kind different of sambals! That's crazy! In my head I'm screaming like, ”Whaaaaat ... How AMAZING is thaaaaat 🤩🤩🤩”. Actually there are LOT of other things I want to share with you guy's, but I need to catch a flight. Overall ... Zuri Express Banjarmasin is my TOP CHOICE when I come visit Banjarmasin again.
