Service totaly unpleasent to guests, I was here every month because of job and they did not put any effort to correct any complaint. Food is good and rooms are clean, but the furniture is old. If your room is near the elevator you will not sleep well. Not for recomendation. I will never come here again.

I spent three beautiful days in this Spa Centre with my family. I really enjoyed the wellness Relax package. The personnel was very skillful, and massages relaxed my stiff back with the addition of a facial massage that made my skin glow. Food was authentic, local, and very fresh with enough variety. My only remark is about the bathroom. I want to be in better shape. It was clean, but the toilet seat was displaced, the soap dispenser was leaking, and the hair drier was blowing only cold air. Otherwise, I highly recommend this Hotel in the heart of beautiful Banja Koviljaca. Thank you for the memorable visit.

Awful service, the staff didn’t give a f*ck about the guests. Old rooms and furniture, unbearable mattresses, super loud music from the restaurant that can be heard from 3d floor till 1 p.m., terrible soundproofing. Avoid this place, it’s not a 4 star hotel, it’s a joke.

All in all, it's decent. The price/performance ratio is good. The only response to my complaint about an old and apparently dirty sheet was a shrug of the shoulders and the comment "I'll tell my colleague" was the most I got. Otherwise, no reaction.
