Beautiful, spacious room. Lovely, hot free breakfast. Very pleasant staff. Only complaint was the pool area smelled very strong of chlorine and made your eyes sting and water. We would stay here again though. It was a convenient location for close by shopping.

It was clean and the staff were helpful but the pillows were flat and the couch wasn't comfortable to sit on. The room was spacious.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn during a recent weekend basketball tournament for my two children. The hotel was very busy with many families coming and going. Our room was nice and very clean when we arrived.

Our stay was pretty good. I will say it was very very loud with children playing hockey in the halls and main area. Also in the pool area it was super busy and several children not being supervised or adhering to the rules. So much so that my family left. We booked this stay for the pool. We tried to access the pool later in the day but it was shut down as a child vomited in it.

The check in took awhile for someone to come check us in. There was a line behind us. Overall staff friendly and the motel while dated, was very nice.

75$ Charge for a pet fee. Not all pets are trouble. They are part of the family. Will not be staying here again.

We have a great stay. The only negatives we had were that the hot tub was closed in the middle of the day on Saturday for maintenance, which we assumed were cleaning because jets were still running.
I called about pool hours once and the person at the reception’s desk was not very nice and hung up with phone before I was done speaking.
The day of check out we swam from 9:00-9:30 and when we came back, house keeping was standing in our room trying to clean even though we had not checked out and it was 9:30. I told them we had not checked out yet and that we needed to change and we’d be out of there. We changed and packed up and they were still outside our door and said “you’re checking out right?”?
we felt like that was rude considering it was 9:40 at this point and felt very rushed.
