I hope everyone read my review before making reservations as I never want anyone go through what I experienced. No one should stay in this hotel. Location of the hotel is terrible. It takes about a 30-minute ride from the nearest BTS station. The worst thing is that no driver gives you a ride from the station. I asked about 6-7 drivers for a ride, but they all refused me. It seems no one knows the location. I was stupid enough to think that free wi-fi is available everywhere in Thailand, so I did not have internet connection with me, could not use Grab either. It was a nightmare for me. Eventually I could find a taxi, but it has no meter, and the driver charged double the standard fee. If you choose this hotel, make sure Grab is available with you, otherwise you may not be able to get back to hotel. Hotel should give a ride from/to the station. At least they should warn us that we may not be able to get a ride from the station, and make sure that we have Grab is available. I cannot understand how this hotel can claim themselves as a 5-star hotel. The service is terrible. When I arrived at the hotel, they seemed busy, but i was asked to wait at the reception standing up!!! They never offered a seat. A lady at the reception gave me no information whatsoever about the hotel, such as wi-fi password, the time available for breakfast. I ordered a room service, and they only accept a cash payment. In the morning, the phone rung suddenly for the morning call I never asked for. The staff starts clearing the room very early in the morning, and they make communication with walkie talkie, and you can hear their conversation very clearly and bothers you having a sleep.Clearly, the room is not soundproof. After I spent 2 night there, I could not stand their service, so decided to change the hotel. As I booked for 6 nights, I asked for refund, but they gave me no refund… When I was checking the room to make sure nothing is left in the room, I found my socks between the comforter and the sheets. I was so disappointed because it indicates that the sheet is not changed at the time of cleaning. No staff member smile or give you greeting when I encountered them. I would not complain these things unless the hotel claims themselves as a 5-star hotel, but as long as the hotel is rated 5 stars, I expect the service is superb. Never ever book this hotel! You can find better hotel in Bangkok!

Great stay with awesome location for me. It’s my usual area in Bangkapi where I have always stayed. Lat Phrao 101 BTS station is 8 mins walking distance about but taxi and motorbike all there as well so for my travel and business events it’s perfect location This is the newer hotel with convenient shops like 7-11, lotus supermarket, and many restaurant options within the area. Free parking if you drive or get dropped off, the parking lot has plenty of space. I’ll be staying there again for sure.

The price was very good as the room was new. The room we stayed in was so new that we were probably the first guests there. The interior of the room was noticeably shabby. The glass film has shifted significantly, the glass in the shower room has been misplaced, allowing water to flow into the hand-washing area, and the toilet drain has an odor and water leaks. I wouldn't stay there if it was old, but I think it's still nice if it's new. The staff may not be used to it, but they did their best, carrying our luggage and opening the door for us.

We stayed here for two months. If you want to explore Thailand don't stay on Sukhumvit stay here in the suburbs with the people of Thailand, transportation is easy, just hop on the Klong boat across the street. The room is just as we wanted, hot shower with plenty of water pressure. The beds and linens are clean and and comfortable, 5 STAR. The staff at Pantip our fantastic! Not a convenient location. Rooms are relatively big especially for a solo traveller. Quiet area and you can have a good sleep. You get what you paid for.

Very nice interior (for example, hardwood floor) though dated (see photo) and the location is superb (right next to The Mall Bangkapi which has a fabulous supermarket Gourmet Market hidden behind the department store). There Is an Indian restaurant at the lobby level, though the street food in Bangkapi ranks second only to Zeer Rangsit. Lucky to get an end unit overlooking a grove of trees — a rare sight from any hotel in Bangkok. Thanks to the solid hardwood door which blocks much of the noise in a kid-friendly hotel. Decide to stay longer, because the hotel itself gets a 4 star. The only regret is the clients the hotel attracts — nothing like the dignified Muslims seen elsewhere (for example, Regent Ramkamhaeng 22, or Pho Place, or Zotel), folks here are like refugees — coughing (at you in the elevator) and pushy (interrupting while you talk to the front desk); where this hotel advertises gets a minus 1 star. Will limit the extended stay to one or two days. <Why does the TripAdvisor software scramble the order in which the photos are loaded, and sometimes missing them altogether? To combat this flaw in the software, does a reviewer have to re-write and re-load one photo at a time? Why make reviewers suffer when they are only trying to help other travelers, in telling a quality story with correspondence to a sequence of photos?>
