Suddenly booked a lot at 1 am, and it was almost 2 o'clock. The aunt took good care of her and spoke well. The room was clean and okay. The mattress was soft, the pillows were soft, the air conditioner was cold, and the air conditioner was so quiet. But in general, sleep well, sleep well, and okay.

Have stayed at this hotel 2-3 times already. The service is good. The rooms are ok, clean, the air conditioner is cool. Some rooms have a dryer. Some rooms don't have a dryer. Recommend preparing your own for convenience. There is parking in the shade. Can park many cars.

We love the cosy ambience of Koon Hotel. We travelled in a big group of 14 and they accommodated our request to stay on the same floor. The room was comfortable and nice, bathroom was small but sufficient. We love the cafe and restaurant within the hotel. Breakfast spread was decent and delicious. Pool and fitness gym was rather small but good enough for a quick workout. Only thing is you will need to arrange for a cab to bring you to places, as the BTS station is not within walking distance. But there is a 7-11 convenience store beside the hotel, useful for getting your supplies and snacks. Highly recommended, hope to return again in future. The check in process was quick and smooth. The room was clean. Food was easy to find. Seven eleven was 5 minutes waling distance. The airport rail link was just across the hotel. The situation was far less livid than around 5-6 years ago when I went there. For example, the starbucks across the street was closed (maybe for renovation?) but the whole shopping complex was dead. Before there's an escalator from outside the hotel directly tonthe train station. Now, you have to go cross the street.

Surprisely there are no swimming pool, and also not sure if the hotel is too new ..that the driver not familiar on the location. The design of room, also not the good. As nowhere to let you dress up after shower. The 7-11 & big c is nearby but no street food around. The front desk staff are nice, but only 1 staff while we checking out.

Amazing stay with my husband. We are celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the hotel prepared a lovely swan for us. We feel loved. Cleanliness is top-notch, and the room is spacious. We requested a high floor and a non-smoking room, and the front desk was able to accommodate our request. We feel happy and satisfied. The location is good and convenient, within walking distance to Pratunam morning market. Also, we would like to shout out their flexibility. Due to our late flight at 9 pm, they were not able to extend our room stay, but they provided a towel for a shower after another round of shopping before heading to the airport. We will definitely come back to this hotel for a stay in the future.

hotel is really REALLY clean, wasnt expecting this hahaha location wise might be too far off especially if you are commuting out when it’s dark but for the price point, its all goods 👍🏻 concierge staff even called me through the room phone when my airport pick up driver was at the lobby waiting for me. would definitely stay here again!

I went to check in late afternoon around 5.20 pm. After getting into the room no. 202 we instantly found that the room wasn’t cleaned up yet(or maybe it was still occupied)!! This is unacceptable. We were so shocked. The bed, pillow, blanket...etc were still messed and not made (luckily nobody was in the room) We then were assigned to another room which was 204. This room was okay. One good point that the male staff did apologize us but he said that maybe the system was inaccurate!! Thinking of our check in time at 5+ pm which was pretty late already, they should have checked and prepared the room for the arriving guest. Imagine if there was someone in the room when we entered, what would have happened? พักครั้งแรกก็ไม่ประทับใจ เข้าพักระหว่าง 6-7 กุมภาพันธ์ 2564 ไปเช็คอินประมาณ 17.20 น. (ซึ่งก็ถือว่าช้าแล้ว) พอเปิดประตูเข้าไป ห้องแรก 202 สภาพที่เห็นคือห้องถูกใช้แล้ว เตียงนอน ที่นอน ผ้าห่ม ฯลฯ อยู่ในสภาพที่ยังไม่ได้ทำความสะอาด เลยรีบออกมาและแจ้งพนักงาน พนักงานก็รีบหาห้องใหม่ให้คือ 204 (ห้องนี้ปกติ) พอลงไปสอบถามพนักงานว่าเกิดอะไรขึ้น พนักงานก็แจ้งว่าไม่ทราบเหมือนกัน เพราะเขาทำงานแค่เสาร์-อาทิตย์ แต่น่าจะเป็นที่ระบบ?? ขนาดเราว่าเรามาเช็คอินช้าแล้ว และโรงแรมก็ไม่ได้เต็มหรือยุ่งมาก แสดงว่าก่อนเราเข้าพัก ทางโรงแรมฯ ไม่ได้เช็คหรือเตรียมห้องไว้ล่วงหน้าเลย ยังโชคดีที่ตอนที่เราเข้าไปห้องแรก ไม่มีลูกค้าคนอื่นอยู่!! สิ่งที่ตามมาคือ คืนนั้นทั้งคืนมันก็ทำให้เรานอนไม่หลับสนิท เพราะระแวงว่าโรงแรมฯ จะส่งลูกค้าคนอื่นมาซ้ำห้องเราอีกไหม (First impression is the last impression) อยากให้โรงแรมฯ ตรวจสอบและหามาตรการระมัดระวังไม่ให้เกิดเหตุการณ์แบบนี้เกิดขึ้นอีกในอนาคต ปล.พนักงานผู้ชายที่เป็นคนเช็คอิน รับมือกับสถานการณ์ได้ดี หาห้องใหม่เปลี่ยนให้ พูดจาเพราะและขอโทษหลายครั้ง

Its good to get this hotel if you want get the nearest hotel in the airport and cheapest price .Nice service,friendly and they will assist you if you want to go out somewhere and have atm machine nearest and they have a pool open 9am to 9pm and should be wear the swim wear and the restaurant beside next on the pool also the bar area.
