The most convenient thing about this hotel is that it is close to Sifang Buddha and several shopping malls, but the rooms are too old, the bathtub is so small, and it's noisy at night. The sound of motorcycles on the roadside is just the traffic in Bangkok, and it can't be changed. Apart from checking in and checking out, I feel like there is no service available, and there is no water delivery service at night, nor welcome fruit.

I like that when I stepped into the hotel, I can feel the aroma of the atmosphere inside. The service staffs and crews are all very helpful and nice! The breakfast is a sumptuous! The location is near so many shopping malls like Central World, etc. Food is a plentiful too. For those who pray, it is just within a short walking distance to the famous and popular Erawan Shrine🙏. Not forgetting too, it is just right at Chidlom BTS! Quan spa located in the hotel also offers one of the best body massage, facials, etc. if you do not want to venture out! Going else where for spa would mean you may have to battle the heat and traffic heading back to the hotel again! I will come back to stay here if the next opportunity arises🙂

This was the 4th time we stayed at this hotel. We visit Bangkok every year and over the years we have stayed at quite a few hotels nearby, and Grande Centre Point delivered the best value every time. They have plenty of well maintained facilities that one'd expect at 5-star properties. There is always plenty of (free) coffee around, and the lounges were quiet and chill. Superb.

We were greatly impressed by the tidiness of the room, and the beds are really comfortable as well. In addition, the staffs of the hotel are really friendly and helpful, especially valets Khun Unda and Khun Wut who not only assist us with the luggage, but also with the reserving tables at restaurants and finding taxis for us (since we don’t know Thai and they help translating English to Thai for us) In short, a definite recommendation from us if you are looking for nice place to stay with proactive staff that always try to assist guests with anything!

My stay for celebrate my birthday at Sindhorn Kempinski is very memorable impressive. My room is grand premier room. This room is spacious and all well maintained. Luxury with contemporary thai design. In this room has kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine etc. private balcony. With craftsmanship card and delicious HBD card that fulfill my birthday stay. Service staff are top notch. Friendly and helpful. They always look around to assistant to ensure my stay memorable. Newest Ki Izakaya Japanese Restaurant at 9th floor, highly recommended. Quality ingredients. Staff at there are excellent service. Especially K. Oh. There are bakery shop near flourish restaurant as well. Breakfast is definitely won't be disappointed. Croissant the best. All food set as buffet plus delicious a la carte. The green space in front of the hotel let’s you out of the busy city. Swimming pool with serenity view instagrammer don’t miss it to strike a pose. Last point, Lobby so stunning. I guarantee you have to pick a phone to take a picture for sure. Afternoon tea at lobby lounge, must try. I will be back again and again to stay at Sindhorn Kempinski.

We used it until the departure of the midnight flight. So I didn't sleep. The building is quite old, but the room facilities are firm. There are also tables, refrigerators and safety boxes. There is also an outlet on the pillow. There is also a bathtub. The size is also a problematic size. It was a room on the 6 floor, but there was a BTS Nana station platform at the close distance ahead of the window of the room. It's quite noisy when the train passes. The room on the side of the Sukhumvit Street on the 5th and 6th floors seems to be the front of the platform. If you want a quiet room, you should request a room opposite to Sukhumvit Street. The location is zero minutes walk from the entrance of Nana Station. Very convenient location, but it is a hotel for people who want to stay reasonable because it is old.

PROS: The hotel is conveniently located, abt 10 minutes walk away from Victory Monument BTS stn or Ratchaprarop Airport Rail Link (ARL) stn. Travel time on the Airport Rail from Suvarnabhumi Airport is 30 min. Service is good and there is a wide spread for the breakfast buffet (Western + Asian). CONS: The walls are very thin. I had 2 different noisy neighbours who disturbed my sleep at around 2am and 4am. I could literally hear them word for word (didn't understand as they were speaking Thai). Also, I was on the 2nd floor by the roadside and could hear the traffic. It was an OK experience. Towels, shampoo, shower gel, hand wash, toothbrush, toothpaste and cotton buds were provided.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Montien for 3 weeks 2 months ago when on a company-booked trip. My room and bed were extremely comfortable and spacious, with plenty of natural light and unobstructed views, quality amenities including a Nespresso machine. The Montien decor is modern, Thai style and beautiful. The breakfast buffet is bountiful, with plenty of variety. Pierre Pelletier, the Area General Manager and his team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was outstanding! Then this month when my family and I planned a vacation to Bangkok I picked this hotel as our base. The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to the sky and underground trains, many must-go-to restaurants, cafes, Siam Paragon, temples, Chinatown, night walks and more. We were welcomed with incredible 5-star Thai hospitality. Special mention to Khun Nu, her front desk team and night manager Khun Jew for handling flight delays, airport transfers and arranging pick up of lost luggage, Khun Tik for his world-class warm welcomes, Max’s regular assistance and taxi coordination, the ever-helpful and polite bellmen, Beer remembering our morning coffee preferences, Kae at Ruenton restaurant for looking after us at dinners, friendly Tanya at the lobby bar, the housekeeping team for keeping our 3 rooms impeccable and everyone who made our Bangkok vacation so memorable! It felt like our home away from home and we enjoyed our time here so much!

I think the old grand lady has lost her luster. You can tell at one time this Grand old lady was Top of the heap...but not anymore. First the good.. Location Price Staff. No...the bad... This place needs Major...major updating. Carpet...beds...furiture...gym...pretty much everything except the Lobby. With an older hotel...cleaning is sooo important...bu you can find many stains...and...yes..bugs. It is obvious that the hotel makes Money...so it has not investe in upgrades... The hotel could be a crown jewel with its location.

It is my favourite hotel in BKK, old school and dated interiors, but very well maintained and has the “soul” that many of the newly built hotel lacks. being a 13th timer at the hansar on samui, a 4th timer at the hansar in bangkok, we know, hansar stands for quality. this time i was a solo traveller. the holiday already starts at the pickup at the airport, no stress, no pushing, shoving for taxis with hundreds of frustrated incomers. the concierges, my favorite staff, see below, brighten your day upon arrival, friendly welcome by the reception team upstairs. rooms are high standard, had, solotraveller, an urban suite (71sqm) this time. special thanks to concierge tae who helped me organize seeing bangkok off the beaten track. the elefin cafe downstairs is a gem, they provide tasty, authentic food, i am a regular there. all in all, not to forget the location, a top recommendation in bangkok. PS: provided you are leaving thailand and you don't need your prepaid tourist sim card anymore, still have gigas up there - just leave it at the concierges' desk, so they can use it, and so the card is not wasted. PSS: before you say, gush that guy gets paid for his comment: the second evening i got me one of the free signature drinks offered downstairs at the bar, i was sitting outside, the only guest at that time. i got the drink - and was neglected the following 30', wasn't asked about if i wanted a 2nd drink; left me a bit puzzled.

The service during our stay was not as expected and not worth its high cost. We left a note which asking for another body lotion due to dry weather, nothing supplement the next day. When check out, reception desk even showed an incorrect room bill. How could this happen to a high quality service hotel！ BTW, meals and service in each restaurant are really perfect!
