I booked an Athenee Suite which was spacious and comfortable and I enjoy the red colour scheme in the room. The suite comes with access to the Athenee Club and it was good to be recognized by some of the staff, from my previous stay a few months prior. Unfortunately the mini scones for afternoon tea were dry and crumbly and the nibbles for evening cocktails were more suitable for white wines rather than red as with most hotel club lounges but it was great to be able to have a soup each night. Not many other hotel club lounges provide a soup for evening cocktails. The lounge staff are very friendly and helpful as is the concierge and the staff in general and this makes it a pleasure to stay with the hotel.

The property is relatively new and is situated along the On Nut BTS 5 mins walk which was conveniently accessible location wise. The rooms are spacious with a splendid decor given the value for money per night. The reception team was fantastic,friendly and warm during my 15 days at the property. Housekeeping always maintained the rooms to be spotless. I would highly recommend this place to all travellers visiting here. Special thanks to Sandy the duty manager, Pop and BB for all you wonderful assistance to make my stay pleasant and productive. I will return soon in the future for sure!

The room is quite big. You'd better prepare a hair dryer and toiletries. There are big supermarkets and cinemas nearby. It's convenient to eat. There is another hotel opposite.

Very comfortable suite, room meal service is economical and hygienic, the decoration is very attentive, and the old house has a sense of time. It would be more perfect if the spare bed was free for families with children to use, which can better reflect the humanity and inclusiveness of the homestay. The homestay we went to in Kuala Lumpur this summer can do this, and the five-star hotel Venetian in Macau can also do this.

#Negative review#For the cleanliness of the toilet, the room decoration is disappointing; I live in a room on the fifth floor, my room has no windows, the lighting is very bad, I found cockroaches in the room and ran under my bed. It was really uncomfortable to think about it. I complained to the hotel when I checked out. This problem

Park Hyatt is located in a very convenient location in Bangkok, connected to a mall with easy access to restaurants in case you want options outside from hotel food. The service at Park Hyatt is impeccable, all the staff are very attentive and very well trained. The rooms are immaculate but most of all, the food at breakfast is amazing.
