Somerset Hotels in Bangkok

Our six nights stay in Somerset Rama9 has been perfectly pleasant. The rooms are clean and well equipped. We specially chose to stay in the room with washing machine which provided us much convenience especially because of the hot weather in Bangkok. The hotel is having a big shopping mall nearby. We can walk there within 5 minutes and the Jodd Fair night market within 10 minutes. The hotel staff are very helpful and well polite. We already planned to stay there again in our next visit to Bangkok.

I had a wonderful stay at Somerset Ekkamai. The room was spacious with full amenities, including a kitchen and washing machine. Despite being in an alley, the location was cozy and within walking distance to 7-11. The hotel also offers a tuk-tuk service to the BTS station. With Grab, it was easy to visit great restaurants and bars in Ekkamai. The on-site massage shop provided excellent services. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay.

It was my son's birthday so I asked them to put a little message or something for him in the room. I think they forgot, but they made up for it as we were checking out. They gave him a little gift wrapped and a note. He loved his gift so much! We also enjoyed the use of the balcony while at this hotel. We tried the hotel breakfast on the 1st day when we were waiting to check in. It was okay. It was good enough for us having just got off of the plane. We only ate there once, though, as we wanted pancakes, and they didn't have those at the buffet. We didn't stay longer because they were all booked up for the next few days. Excellent hotel! Will definitely keep this one in my favorites for our next visit.

I love this place! The staff are friendly and helpful. I like that they run a shuttle to the mall. They'll arrange a car to/from the airport for about 600 Baht, depending on which airport you need. The food was simple but good. The waitress held her cool with a difficult, arrogant, and unnecessarily rude customer. The beds are comfortable. The bathtub was great. The whole place was clean. The gym is adequate for the necessities. I will definitely recommend and say it's with the price. The only downside is the congestion of traffic but that's not the hotels fault. Just be mindful of the time of day you order a car or just Grab a bike.

Stayed here 2x; once in January 2024 and again in March. Rooms are spacious compared to price and other hotels. Room is January was a little dated and TV was in strange location compared to the sitting area. Room in March was renovated and MUCH MUCH better. Nice to have kitchen area to chill wine, make coffee and bring leftovers back. Location is super for those who like Thonglor area--great restaurants, massage and stores. Pool area and fitness center are nice and have nice dressing/shower areas. Breakfast buffet is solid; not great, but has all the basics. I split time between here and hotels in Soi 39-49 area so I get different eating options. Solid choice
