Excellent location in the heart of town and near to Asoke BTS station and Terminal 21 (within 10 mins walking). Service is on par for a 4 star hotel and staff are friendly and helpful. As the location is prime, expect traffic jams and it would be better to commute by motorbike or BTS.

I just checked out today after staying on the 22nd floor, and my experience was a mix of good and bad. On the positive side, the hotel staff were helpful and polite, which I truly appreciated. They were attentive and professional, making check-in and other services smooth. However, there were several major issues. The shower water flow was extremely weak, making it difficult to bathe properly. On top of that, the water heater took 15 minutes to warm up, which was frustrating. The worst part was the presence of bed bugs. I got bitten during my stay, which is completely unacceptable and a serious health concern. The hotel needs to take immediate action to address this.

Excellent location with spacious and spotless rooms, complemented by very friendly bellboys. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. However, the experience was marred by the receptionists, who generally displayed poor attitudes and lacked customer service skills. When I encountered issues connecting to the WiFi on my MacBook Pro, I was told to visit the reception area for assistance, whereas most hotels would typically send someone to help in the room. On my departure day, I requested help with my luggage around 6:55 am, and the receptionist claimed there were no bellboys available. Yet, when I reached the lobby, a bellboy was present at the door. Despite this, the three receptionists on duty failed to apologize for their inadequate service. During my stay, I frequently passed the reception area and noticed the staff often ignored me, pretending to be occupied even though there were no guests waiting. I hope the hotel management will retrain their frontline staff to improve customer service etiquette. The rating of such a wonderful hotel is unfortunately lowered by a few unprofessional employees.

We stayed in the Executive Suite at Novotel Platinum Pratunam. The hotel’s modern interior gives off a sleek and stylish vibe, making the stay really comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. One of the highlights was the breakfast spread, which had a great variety of options, including halal choices, making it perfect for diverse dietary needs. The food was fresh and delicious, a great way to start the day. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its unbeatable location. Being directly connected to Platinum Fashion Mall and within walking distance to Siam Paragon, CentralWorld, and Pratunam Market, it’s the most convenient place to stay for shopping and exploring Bangkok. Overall, I highly recommend Novotel Platinum Pratunam for its comfort, hospitality, and prime location—definitely worth it for anyone visiting Bangkok!

The location is very good, the staff are very nice and helpful. The facilities in the room are all good except the hair dryer which is in old style (need to use palm to hold the hair dryer to turn it on, it's so tiring to use, and the wind is not strong enough). It takes a long time to have long hair dry. If the hotel can replace the hair dryer with a modern one, it would be much better.
