Title: A satisfying stay Comments: I recently had a great stay at this hotel and wanted to share some reviews about it. First of all, I would like to highlight the cleanliness of the hotel. Both the lobby and guest rooms are kept very clean and tidy. Walking into the hotel door, I immediately felt a fresh atmosphere, which made me feel very reassured. Another thing that impressed me was the self-service washing machine provided by the hotel. This is very convenient for someone like me who travels a lot. I can easily wash and dry my clothes in the hotel without having to look for an outside laundromat. This facility gives me extra freedom and convenience, and I am very grateful to the hotel for providing such a service. In addition, the hotel also has a swimming pool and fitness room, which is a real plus. The design of the swimming pool is beautiful and the water quality is well maintained. I could enjoy the surrounding scenery while swimming in the pool, which was a real pleasure. The fitness room provides modern machines and equipment, allowing me to continue to stay healthy and active while traveling. The presence of these facilities added more fun and variety to my stay. All in all, I had a very strong and positive impression of this hotel. Its cleanliness made me feel comfortable and reassured, the self-serve washing machine provided greater convenience, and the swimming pool and fitness room allowed me to enjoy health and relaxation on the go. If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay with a variety of services, I highly recommend this hotel. I believe you will be as satisfied with your stay here as I was.

Basic hotel with basic amenities. Quite sad that request for extra pillow cost money. There’s many food stalls around the corner. Really nice cafe called Camin nearby too less than 5 mins walk from the hotel.

We chose Cinnamon Residence as our ASQ quarantine hotel for the mandatory fifteen night quarantine isolation upon entering Thailand from outside the country.  Cinnamon is a  basic, no-frills hotel.  Three meals a day, in plastic take-out containers were provided and dropped off on a chair outside our doors at 8:00, 12:00 and 17:00.   We chose all Thai food, as opposed to western food and found the meals to be pretty good.  The food, predictively, was delivered at or near room temperature, though there was a microwave in the room.  Any items breaded and deep fried came soggy, horribly greasy and beyond redemption by microwave.  I requested a china plate, a glass and a knife, but was told those items are forbidden.  Only the hotel issued Melamine plate, drinking cup, soup spoon or plasticware and plastic forks and spoons are allowed. The sliding window to the balcony was screwed almost closed and could not be opened beyond eight inches.  With that tiny opening, I did not have adequate reach for access to a towel drying rack under the air conditioner.  Residents are allowed to venture outside of the room only by special permission and have no access to the hotel gym or outdoors, whatsoever during their two week quarantines. In the best of circumstances, solitary confinement for over two weeks is difficult.  A couple of things made a nice difference for me.  When I had adequate internet access, I was able to pass the time much more pleasantly.  I needed to make several calls to the management during my first few days in quarantine, asking for attention to my WiFi to achieve that.  The information technology person in the hotel made several changes to my internet connection and finally achieved adequate connectivity for my needs most of the time.  I found that I was able to order grocery items online from Tops Market.  I could get fresh fruit that I craved, as well as other comfort food, I really liked having around.  I wonder how this hotel would have been for a non-public health related stay.  I don’t believe I’d return though, because coming back would likely bring back unpleasant memories of the experience of having been restrained here, inside of four walls for over two weeks.

The hotel is nice and clean with small pool, gym and tennis court. If you are looking for halal food, this is not a good choice as you won’t find any halal restaurants nearby. They offer shuttle buses to and from around the city every morning, they promise to have shuttle buses to the nearby weekend market on Saturday and Sunday. But there is no such service today

An 11-story old luxury hotel (all 315 rooms) located at the corner of the government office called Berncain along the northern part of Bangkok. It is a hotel that boasts the style of the hotel which is not the only from the appearance of the hotel with a strong feeling of extrusion. The luxury making around the reception lobby cherry business center is unique to the recent hotel, and it can obtain a kind of expectation from the check-in stage. It is an old established that knows people in the Berncaine District, and it is a good hotel with a scale of the scale, but the reception staff is stationed in the place where the height of the threshold is not felt. I felt a fine care that would not bore the guest during the check-in procedure.

good service, cooperating staff of this hotel added a good feel at our stay at this hotel. massage centre at this hotel itself makes it complete at Thailand visit. Taxi serviced is also a part of this hotel, of course at their price

I live this hotel 1/21-1/22-1/123-1/24-1/25-1/26-1/27-1/29 I just need say If hotel not good I won’t stay same place And the service very good Especially its this service When i go Bangkok If i not far for works I will come book here every time ✌️

Newly open hotel. Out of expectation. There are few items seem to be incomplete. No smoke detector and sprinkler to be installed, bringing a safety concerns. Not sure the occupation regulations in Thailand. TV is still yet be able to be on. Not sure why it was not be able to get the Grab from the nearest Big C to the hotel.

The hotel is not too big but very convenient for transportation. It was very close to Ladphao MRT about 3mns walking and very comfortable to travel which can change from the station to go to other places. The staff was very friendly and was kind. They let us late check out. The room was small but was clean. However, my little point was the noisy from the next door room or outside conversation. If you did not think to much with the noise outside of that was excellent. 8/10

The decoration of the hotel is relatively old, so I chose it because I saw it was a five-star hotel. The twin room has a bed 0.8 meters wide, which is very small. The hotel has a swimming pool, but it doesn't look like there are many people swimming there.
