Glad to stay here and first of all would like to thankfull on reception Ms.Nam for her professionalism and support of prompt check in. All staff really very polite and helpful. Room was big and spaceful. Clean and worth its price . Will back for sure.
A large, well-maintained 5 star hotel offering superb cleanliness and outstanding front office staff makes for an excellent travel choice. The spacious rooms, featuring two queen-sized beds, adds to the comfort. Guests can enjoy a wide range of amenities including a well-equipped gym, a swimming pool and table tennis facilities. Be sure to book with the buffet breakfast option — it’s definitely worth it. Plus, the hotel’s close proximity to Huai Khwang MRT station makes getting around incredibly convenient.
The hotel's location is a manageable walk from the MRT station, approximately 800 meters, and benefits from the proximity of numerous convenience stores, food vendors, and a shopping mall.
The hotel's facilities are well-maintained and of good quality. However, minor issues were noted, including the presence of small insects in the room and remnants of food left in the refrigerator from previous guests. While not critical, these areas could benefit from improvement.
In conclusion, the price-quality ratio is deemed acceptable.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Avani Ratchada for my birthday. Everything was beyond my expectations - room was comfy and clean; facilities were great with lounge, gym, pool and onsen; location was convenient with MRT and malls nearby for shopping. They were so nice to send me a little cake too!
We'd like to specially compliment the staff at Avani Club, they took care of all our needs. Especially, Aki and Nuts. Thanks also the hotel concierge Day for the help to post our postcards!
We will return next time in Bangkok, and we'll definitely recommend this hotel to friends.
This hotel is well-maintained and exceptionally clean, making for a comfortable stay. Its prime location in the city center provides excellent convenience, with easy access to subway stations, allowing for seamless travel around the city.
While the rooms show some signs of aging, the furniture remains in good condition and fully functional. Despite the slightly dated decor, the overall upkeep ensures a pleasant experience.
Considering its cleanliness, strategic location, and reasonable comfort, I would confidently recommend this hotel to travelers seeking a practical and accessible accommodation option.
A great choice for travelers looking for a balance of comfort, affordability, and good service. Near in night market and big c. Would stay here again!
Breakfast was decent but would be nice if the menu changed daily.
This location very good near jodd fair night market near metro price reasonable include breakfast parking lot too much not problem you can find , this hotel no fitness and swimming pool total next time I will rest again
Checking out at 8:15, there was a major power outage in the hotel. It was also the peak period for group check-outs, so I had to carry my two luggage downstairs from the 7th floor by myself. The stairs were full of items when I came down. The hotel has no fire prevention awareness, You can see it from the pictures.
Hotel has many tour groups checking in and out daily. Daily midnight and morning at 6 to 7 o'clock, you will be woken up by the noise.
I stayed here for four nights, and while the hotel has some positives, it also has significant downsides.
Wi-Fi: Unusable
Despite advertising free Wi-Fi, the connection kept dropping, requiring repeated logins. Even when connected, the speed was too slow for basic browsing. A hotel with 800 rooms should have a network that can handle the capacity; otherwise, this is misleading advertising.
Breakfast: Repetitive & Overcrowded
The breakfast selection was very limited and almost identical every day (e.g., fried rice one day, fried noodles the next). By the second morning, I was already sick of it. Despite its supposed four- or five-star rating, the hotel didn’t even offer freshly brewed coffee.
The overcrowding was another major issue. Due to the large number of Chinese tour groups and a narrow dining area, breakfast felt like a chaotic scramble for food. I recommend going after 8 AM to avoid the peak rush. The food quality was also poor—salads lacked freshness, and the hot dishes were bland. The only decent option was the made-to-order omelet, but there was only one chef, so the wait was long.
Strange Layout & Cost-Cutting Measures
The hotel feels more like a repurposed shopping mall than a proper hotel, with religious statues, escalators, and empty retail spaces. Many shops were either closed or abandoned, making certain areas feel eerie.
It also appears the hotel cuts costs by shutting down one of the elevators during the day and turning off its air conditioning. Hot water was inconsistent, only reaching sufficient temperatures in the morning and late at night.
Rooms: Surprisingly Decent
Despite the other issues, my room was quite comfortable. The bathtub seemed relatively new, and the shower setup was good, with a rain shower, side spray, and handheld showerhead, all with separate wet and dry areas.
Location: Convenient but Beware the Massage Shops
The hotel is next to a metro station, and Big C shopping mall is within walking distance. However, I don’t recommend the massage shop inside the mall—the environment was cramped, the therapists chatted loudly, and the towels didn’t seem to be changed between customers.
Conclusion
This hotel has a grand-looking lobby, well-dressed staff, and polite service. However, the unreliable Wi-Fi, chaotic breakfast experience, inconsistent amenities, and odd layout make it hard to recommend. While the rooms and location are decent, the overall experience was underwhelming. If you don’t mind these downsides, it may be acceptable, but otherwise, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

Outstanding
GGendanClose to the MRT very good room facilities. Interior and design also very good. I will recommend anyone to come to stay here. Not so busy in a quiet corner. But transportation are all easy to access to.
AAastaNot! Often! Recommend! Recommend!
In Taiwan, you can use Lai to confirm the relevant details of the housing with the landlord (English communication is barrier-free, and the map guide is very intimate to facilitate passengers to arrive ~~~
The room has no difference with the pictures on the Internet, and the overall non-~ Chang~ Big ~ is also very clean!
Each room has a private bathroom and simple toiletries, which is very friendly and intimate for friends!
The only fly in the ointment is that the pool does not have extra lighting at night, so there will be a little black (but turning on the room light can also be an alternative solution xd
If you have any questions during the journey, you can contact the landlord soon, very at ease ><
(The accommodation is in a residential area, so it will take a little time to get to the downtown area, and pay attention to the volume at night!
Recommended for all travelers who need private accommodation!
GGuest UserThe two bosses of this restaurant serve with a smile.
Feel free to ask any questions
Thai people usually have a sour face and are impatient.
This one won’t. And this hotel is very convenient
It only takes two minutes to get to Big C
Only three minutes to the gym
It only takes three minutes to get to the night market
Only four minutes to the MRT station
For someone like me who likes fitness and emphasizes functionality
This neighborhood is really convenient.
And there is hot water for bathing in the hotel. A hair dryer is available.
There is an iron. There is a refrigerator. There is also a microwave.
The environment is clean. You can have a drink on the first floor
There is no perfect hotel.
The advantages of this company have made me feel that the disadvantages are not that important.
Highly recommended to everyone
LLightx0I had visited this place before, and it’s super budget-friendly. The rooms are spotless, and the new room I got (it wasn’t a corner room, but it’s got better soundproofing!) is a real treat.
MMark from KL, MalaysiaWe had a wonderful time at Hallton Hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the amenities are excellent. Our room is cozy and spacious, and we have a stable internet connection. The hotel is close to Huai kwang MRT station, but we prefer to take a Grab. We have booked for 15 days and we have no complaints so far.
AAleksandrQuite good accommodation for the price—close to the subway and street food places, clean room, and helpful staff. Overall, a nice place to stay! Would love to back again there.
JJIAQINGSmall hotel, in the alley, it is not recommended for unfamiliar people to check in, otherwise it may not be very convenient to go out, but the room is clean and quiet, there are also small markets and 7-11 nearby, laundry and coffee are also available. I live there because my friend's house is nearby, so it's very convenient to get in and out with a car. The price is cheap and there is no breakfast.
