A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Thailand From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine Thai hospitality that made us feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond — always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Our room was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed with local touches, and had a stunning view of the city (or beach/mountains). The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the rain shower was a luxurious treat after a long day of exploring. Breakfast was a highlight — a delicious spread of both Western and traditional Thai dishes, made fresh every morning. The pool area was serene and perfect for relaxing with a cocktail in hand. The location was ideal: close enough to local markets, street food, and temples, but still peaceful and quiet at night. We especially appreciated how easy it was to arrange transport and day trips from the hotel. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Thailand — whether you’re here to explore, unwind, or both. We’ll definitely be coming back.

The hotel is ok, had paid additional to upgrade to 2 connecting rooms at the Main Tower but was slightly dissatisfied that I was given a room facing the lifts. The room despite having the usual outside corridor noise, it was nice & spacious. The only drawback is the bathroom standing shower leaks water till the floor get very wet and till last day the issue cannot be resolved. A bit disappointed but overall our stay was comfortable. The hotel lobby staff that helps with arrangements of transportation and opening the main lobby doors were very warm and friendly. Excellent service from the hotel staff.

The room is very clean and tidy, with no dust and mold at all. The services provided by the hotel are excellent as they always helped the guests to carry the luggage upon arrival, handling with care too. They also provide free buggy ride services to 5 locations shown on the map. Breakfast also offers a wide variety of food, with different menus daily. There are also free photoshoots with their traditional Thai costumes, and the two ladies will help you in dressing up, and taking lots of photos, sent to you afterwards. Oh not to forget about their free ice cream, from 1pm to 5pm. There are many great services provided here since upon arrival till I leave the hotel. Highly recommend staying here again for this great hospitality service. 👍

10min Walking distance to Pratunam Market, Platinum Hotel, Phaya Thai subway station. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Hotel provided free storage for baggages/stuffs if you come before check-in or after check-out.

The staff is friendly and the gym is great. But, the toilets and showers on the seventh floor need to be cleaned multiple times a day because they are used by numerous people.

Centara was a lovely place to stay at! Staff prepared a cake for our anniversary, which was very sweet of them! Location is 8min walk from Ratchaprarop (airport rail line), which makes it easy to get to and from the airport. It is 21min walk to Chit Lom (BTS) though, which is quite far. But 10min walk away is Platinum, and another 10min away is centralwOrld (HUGE shopping mall) and Big C (HUGE supermarket). Location of the hotel is considered good. Pratunam night market right beside (outside Palladium shopping mall), and December’s (female clothings store) is further down from Platinum. 20min beyond Platinum is MBK Center. Abit far to walk but if you make stops in between, you’ll get there. Then Siam area will be after MBK, but also on the way back to Centara. The original Go-ang Pratunam chicken rice is abt 10min walk away too. In an anti clockwise direction, nearest Centara would be Platinum, December’s, MBK, Siam area (Siam Paragon, Siam Center, Siam Square), centralwOrld, then back to Platinum. Opp Platinum is the chicken rice, and diagonally opp Platinum is Palladium, then Centara. There’s also a massage place right at the doorstep of the hotel L1 which i went 4 days out of our 5 days stay there. Tem, Max, Pond and Kung did a wonderful job. Overall a pleasant stay and I wish we could stay longer!

First of all, it is cheap. And it is cost-effective. It is clean, has sufficient facilities, and the staff is skilled and friendly. It is very convenient to go to the airport, and you can go to Central World, Pratunam, Victory Monument, etc. by walking a little. This was my second visit, and I am satisfied again.

Very friendly staff and the amenities is nice...the banana bread outside 7Eleven nearby is superb...If you are okay to walk in alleys and okay with no window bedroom, then you will love this hotel

Hotel is located at center of business area and much more food outlets as well as other shops. Room facility, breakfast and other facilities are fantastic.

Awesome stay. The staffs were very polite and helpful. They displayed good customer service from the start to the end. I’m very happy with my stay. As it was my wedding anniversary,they decorated the room with rose petals. It was a sweet gesture. Definitely will come back again
