My second time here I like this Hotel sooo much (promise next time will take better pictures for review) I love the bed here so comfy 💖

I have stayed in this Hotel 4 times during Apr 2018 to Oct 2019. During the first visit, we liked Hotel so much that we booked during next visits. It has good room service, nearby area is beautiful and classy, staff is polite, clean room on daily basis, nearby BTS. There was unlimited Tea served. As I am Indian we love tea. We liked the staff named Ying Fadathorn, who was very sincere and working passionately. Initially I thought she is owner, but later on while discussion she was just receptionlist. Although there is Buffet Continental Breakfast, but during all the visits, We got bored with menu, same everytime. Can you please include items like Eggs or something. We stayed at 5 different hotels during our trip to Thailand and this was my 7 years old son’s favorite hotel. Rightfully so. The hotel is relatively new with massive slide and play area in the lobby which are much bigger and nicer than in pictures with tall window and natural light. The pool is also very peaceful and relaxing. The staff are very friendly through out our 3 night stay. Blue checked us in and ensured we had everything we needed. Shout out to a couple other front desk staff ( one with glasses and one with great make up) and the dining staff who were so patient and kind with my family with active kids. Bed was very comfy. Breakfast was limited and could improve on variety but it worked for us. The dining room had great food, ice cream and popcorn which really helped when you had hungry Kids with you. This was our choice due to our large group with many children and close proximity to Bangkok hospital where my mom and sister got a medical check up. The rooms were spacious especially the two bedroom family suite with bunk beds. The hotel was very clean and maid service was excellent. Not a big fan of filling up drinking water in glass water bottles down the hallway especially with little kids. The hotel is on main road but behind other buildings. Most taxi drivers don’t know this hotel so I just showed them the business card. 7-Eleven and a bank are on main road in front of hotel. It is not near sky train but worked for our purpose. We did ask the hotel to open the back gate for us to go out to the canal and take a 10 min local boat ride for 15Bhat to Central World. This was a unique experience in itself commuting like a local. Just don’t do it during rush hours if you don’t want to feel like sardine in a can. The only hiccup was when my husband returned late one night soaking wet form the rain, he asked for a towel at front desk so he didn’t make a water trail up the room. He was asked to pay 100bhat per hotel policy. My husband was trying to be nice not to drip water but discouraged by the steep price. It’s not like he’s taking the towel home with him. so maybe the hotel can review the policy. Overall, this hotel is a hidden gem and if commute is not an issue, I recommend it for anyone especially families with kids.

Very good stay at this serviced apartment/condo. Little bit on the not so good as to be realistic, the living room with the sofa could do with more charging points near the sofa and take note this is not really a hotel and more like a condo so make up room services end at four which is not an issue for me. The location is also not really near BTS. Other than that it was a superb stay as the staff there take care of me very well. Always greet me with a smile and as I drove this time, there were always parking available though they don’t have many slots. They would open the door for me however late at night and guide me to parking. The place was very nice and cosy and spacious. If you need more cutlery or any other supplies just call reception. There is a washing machine and cooking area which works out really well. Special mention to staff like Ju and Eak who gave world class service. I left a big tip when I checked out asking the reception to share them with all staff members (she told me there were 12 of them including security guards) and hope she managed to share with the whole team. Would definitely consider this place again for my long term stay next time. Highly recommended!

Love love love this hotel! The amenities are great! The Onsen was such a Nice experience, with it being my first time. Very clean and hygienic and all the staff were kind. The room was nice and the restaurant had some great dishes. The location is the best! You literally walk outside of the hotel and have so many options of bars, massage places, and restaurants. Definitely will be my go to!!! The only thing I wish is that the hotel would have a bar or service alcohol beverages. Sometimes it’s nice to order room service and be able to stay in the hotel and have a cocktail.

1. Old used bed linen on arrival The first night check-in, the bedlinen was obviously not new and with wrinkles on them. When asked to change rooms, the staff said there was no availability and could only change the next day 2. No hot water in the shower After changing to a new room, I informed the receptionist that no hot water in the shower. After multiple attempts, and still NO HOT WATER, and the staff didn't try to change rooms again 3. Poor customer service When I informed the no hot water issue, the receptionist told me to wait in the room for the engineer to come to look into the issue in 30 mins 2 hours later, no engineer showed up and I went to the reception again, the receptionist appeared to be annoyed by it. And she INSISTED that I should wait for another 5-10 mins to go to the room with the engineer to fix it. I was already late to my agenda and 2 hours wasted. Outcome: The problem is not fixed, and waste of time 4. Noise issue (poor training) The wall is very thin. It was okay to hear the guest here and there. BUT 90% of the loudest noise is from the staff yelling at each other and running around

Location is not the best as it’s 2km from the nearest BTS, but on a positive note, I got a great “walk” out. As the area is full of izakaya and Korean eateries, there are bright lights in most places, so as a female solo traveller, I find it safe walking on the streets. There’s a top minimart right next to the hotel and a 7-11 opposite. It’s near the commons as well. But if you want to try Thai food, you may find it challenging around this area. It seems that the hotel is experiencing some management change, so they left a note explaining that they are aware of the areas for improvement and they are working on it. It did help to manage my expectation. Amenities wise, it is pretty basic, but it would be great if a hair dryer could be provided. I might have missed it but I couldn’t find it. Nonetheless, the hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. Once, I forgot to bring my hotel key out, they were able to provide a replacement key very quickly.

The rooms are beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is really good especially when moving around by the BTS skytrain. Had some issues with wifi on our first night but this was resolved within couple hours after informing the staff about the issue. The cleaners did a great job and made our stay convenient and comfortable. The gym had all of the basic equipments needed for getting workout done. There’s some room for improvement when it comes to the TV setup. Would be nice to be able to use streaming services on the TV which isn’t possible at the moment.

I want to congratulate Aspira Hospitality for absolute excellence while I have been in ASQ (quarantine). The service is personal, yet professional, courteous and caring and understanding of the guests circumstance of stay, as well as being incredibly efficient and consistent. I was dreading my 14 day quarantine period although can honestly say I have felt like I've been on holiday, not quarantined. From the minute I was met at the airport until now, including the interactions via LINE and via room telephone, the scheduled PCR escorted health checks to requesting extra coffee or amenities has been delivered with genuine and sincere hospitality. I have been eminently impressed for my entire stay which is not easy to achieve with me. I have very high standards and even higher expectations and I inordinately critique. Your property has exceeded my expectations in so many ways but the most impressive is your team, simply exceptional. Please pass on my congratulations to your team at Aspira Hana Residence and Khun Sutanant - Group Operations Manager for delivering a memorable experience, they really are a great tribute to Aspira Hospitality.

Hotel is very clean, the outlook is small but room is decently spacious. They have everything inside, like even mircowave, pyjamas, cutlery and a super large fridge. However for a 5-Star hotel we were expecting a better hair dryer. Had a slight problem with the bathroom, the water draining system was too slow and in result after each shower our toilet is flooded. My friend didnt bring along slippers and only had the bedroom slippers the hotel provided, hence it’s quite frustrating for her towards the wet floor. BTS thonglor is about 5-6 mins walk. 7-11 is about 3-4 mins walk. Is very dark during the night and there isnt much people around the road side, so it might seemed a bit unsafe. We couldnt find or see any massage parlour nearby, but as per the staff is just few mins walk away from hotel.  Overall still a decent good value 5 star hotel.
