3-Star Hotels in Bangkok

l had been stayed here for 3 nights，concierge welcomed warmly, assisted with my luggage to my room, provided me with a fresh welcome drink. Room is newly decorated and front desk assigned room according my requests, housekeeping is polite and willing to help. Very good staying experience here. Comparing to 5 stars hotel, it might have some weaknesses, but l saw they are making the effort on delighting guests. 我住了三个晚上，当天下午六点多到达，礼宾积极协助下行李送到房间并提供了欢迎饮品。房间是新装修的，前台根据我的需求安排了最高层，客房员工也是很友好，有什么需求会很乐意的协助.对比五星酒店，有些不足，但是他们提供的服务、对待客人的态度让人感觉宾至如归。 设施：4/5 卫生：5/5 环境：4.5/5 服务：5/5

The location is very good. The hotel though is very old, the furniture inside the room are old, the refridgerator and the heater are also old. everything is old except for the towels and supplies. The room is being cleaned everyday though and the food was great.

Hotel is Very strict when it comes to cleanliness of there linens which is good. However. If you accidentally stained the linens, they will not refund your security deposit of 1000 baht. :( Breakfast is a bit annoying since everyday they serve same menu & halal. We dont eat halal that’s why for 3 days of our stay in Spenza, we only ate omelet & bread 😅.. the noise of the Tuktok is also annoying since you will really hear the noise from the street. Also, there were ants & small cockcroach near the telephone too. 🙃

Good location (only 50 meters from main road; Sukhumvit Soi 33). Very convenient, you can find 7/11, nice coffee shops, and good location Thai food restaurants, new lifestyle mall; Emsphere in the same area.

The hotel's location near Ratchaprarop ARL station, although advertised as a 15-20 minute walk to Phaya Thai BTS or Victory Monument, proved a bit far for us, especially traveling with an elderly person. We ended up walking most places, which was convenient for exploring Pratunam, CentralWorld, and Big C – particularly for late-night outings. The area felt safe and clean (though a little dusty). However, the room amenities were somewhat lacking: slippers and toothbrushes weren't provided, and we needed extra hangers. Thankfully i came all prepared. I’d suggest the hotel to provide proper teaspoon instead of the flimsy stirrer, it would be a better improvement for guest to make their hot drinks. One pillow wasn't enough for comfortable sleeping, but I did enjoy the bathtub! There's also a 200 baht cash deposit, FYI. But the staff were all very nice. They also have a coffee maker in the lobby, which was a nice touch. Overall, I wouldn't mind booking this hotel again because it's really affordable. Good morning view because I see a cat sunbathing everyday on the neighbourhood zinc roof.

Check in was fast, staff was efficient. The room and corridor are spacious and clean. Air conditioning works. Mattress is ok although it’s too soft and springy . I requested for a king bedroom but was allocated a twin beds. The 24 hrs airport shuttle was a plus and convenient (charges 200 Baht per room per trip). We didn’t go for the breakfast as it is a little costly (200 Baht per person, options for Set A, B,C,D American bf set or local Thai dishes) This hotel is good for those on transit and needed to fly out early.

It is within walking distance from the airport and there are many restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly and I will go there again next time.

A good short stay and convenient location (7/11 in front and near to public transport). I’m not picky with my rooms since I’m out almost the whole day and just need a place to prepare and leave my things then get a good rest at night. It was easy getting to the residence via train from the airport (bkk). 500 baht deposit is needed upon check in and they return it with no hassle after check out. If your itinerary is around the river, piers, asiatique and iconsiam then this is a considerable place to stay especially if you use bike to move around like me. Staff were very nice, straightforward, and easy to communicate with. My only advice is what you pay is what you get. It’s a budget hotel for a reason but my overall stay was good.

The hotel is very close to Suvarnabhumi International Airport, making it extremely convenient. The environment is quiet, and the room is comfortable, especially the bed and pillows, which are very cozy. I arrived late at night, and the staff provided excellent service. They even gave me a spacious room with a small kitchen and a sofa, making it feel as comfortable as home. There were also complimentary instant noodles available.

Nice if you want to be very close to nightlife, redlight, restaurant, bars and music. There is a 7/11 store just across the street in front of the hotel. Area is not really suitable for kids though. Very friendly staff. Small basic modern style rooms but very clean and functional. Only really bad thing was the towels that were very smelly even when freshly changed... literally unusable. Not much noise from outside coming in but you hear every word from the rooms around you and the corridor. Breakfast is 6:00-10:30 am, costs 282 THB (january 2025) and is a nice buffet worth the prize (nothing luxurious but a decent joice for western and asian breakfast. Nice rooftop bar and a little pool for a dip and some (always occupied) sunchairs. BTS station Nana or Phloen Chit are both within 6 minutes walking distance.
