TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. On my last night, a stranger got into my room TWICE at around 3:30am - 4am, first time, he opened the door the pee himself to the toilet floor, i was awoken cos of the strange sound made by him, I was terrified that someone who I dont know would be able to open my door without my keycard, I pushed him out of the door and shut the door again. 5 - 10 mins later, he was able to get into my room again and this time walked into the foyer of the room and spoke language I don't understand and I nearly needed to fight him off and shouted to him and pushed him out of the room, I was terrified and scared and put the chair against the door in case of any intruder. I called up the front desk and they said would let the security handled that but no update. On the morning, when I checked out, I complaint that to the front desk and she said she would investigate. The security and safety of the guest should be the number 1 priority as is a stranger could get into the room without my room key card, it's a very serious issue, and who knew who would get in and may be life threatening. My wrist got hurt when I pushed the intruder out of the room.
The experience was terrible, and I felt so scared and insecure with such incident, which was totally unacceptable and it's absurd that the hotel could not provide a safe environment to their guest. 100% disappointment and this is something that any future guests or the hotel need to seriously look into this issue. As if a hotel could not provide a safe and secure environment to their guests, they should not be running/ operating.

Friendly staff, it’s around 15 minutes walk from the closer MRT/BTS, but hotel do provided the shuttle service to the MRT/BTS, can ask the time schedule from the staff. Room very clean, cosy and lovely place. Only things need to be seated is need to give the small amount of the deposit which is understand. Overall, I’ll come back again! Definitely good experiences and also the rooftop bar is so nice!

My friend and I had a great stay here. The staff are super friendly, 711 is just by the corner and the location is very convenient to many nearby attractions. Definitely recommended!

We paid just $185 for 4 nights at this stylish hotel in the heart of Bangkok's best LGBTQ+ nightlife. Here's the scoop:
The Good:
✔ Amazing location - 5 mins to Silom Soi 4's drag bars (Balcony, Stranger) and 10 mins to DJ Station
✔ Modern room with comfy bed and good AC
✔ Pool is was nice.
✔ Small gym but enough equipment.
The Not-So-Good:
✘ Shower temperature was unpredictable
At under $50/night, this was a steal for being right in Bangkok's gayborhood. We'd definitely stay again.

The location is really excellent because it is located right next to the BTS station. If you are one of the people who want to have absolute convenience everywhere you go, be sure to check out this accommodation. The hotel is well hidden in the alley so it should you some sort of privacy and noise deduction from the main road.
To begin with, the staff is very nice and friendly We got the breakfast package and it has a variety of food, from Thai/Asian style food to Western style food. Salads, fruits, cereals and bread/waffles are also included. The room is spacious with an open kitchen and the bed itself is comfortable; however, there are 2 cons about this hotel.
The TV service is mediocre because it is first not a smart TV, which means the sleepers do not have options to use YouTube. The local TV programs are mostly in Thai. So if you want to spend more time at the hotel throughout the day or at night, you may need to get your iPads or entertainment devices ready.
In addition to that, there is a lack of bathroom facilities. Despite shampoo/body wash and towels are available, there are no disposable toothbrush, toothpaste, hand soup and some other things that can be found usually at the hotel. Fortunately, in case you do not have the things you need during your stay, there is a 7-Eleven steps away from the hotel.

I was blown away by the large tub inside the suite. Really relaxing. The bed was so comfy that I didn't wanna wake up the next morning. Breakfast was fantastic. I base my bf ratings on the Thai porridge. If this is good, everything else will also be. Definitely will stay here again.

”Pleasantly Surprised – Worth the Stay!”
At first, I was a bit skeptical due to some negative reviews, so I only booked 2 nights. But after experiencing the stay myself, I ended up extending for an additional 4 nights. Very satisfied with both the quality and value. Try one night —then decide!

Ibis Styles Bangkok Silom consistently receives excellent reviews, primarily for its fantastic location. Guests love being within walking distance of Sala Daeng BTS station, offering easy access to Bangkok's attractions, nightlife, and street food. The hotel is praised for its modern, clean, and comfortable rooms, often highlighting the comfortable beds and rain showers. The friendly and helpful staff are frequently mentioned for their exceptional service. While rooms can be compact, guests appreciate the stylish design, good value for money, and amenities like the rooftop pool and fitness center. Breakfast generally gets positive remarks for its variety.

I had a better experience this time. Just the “manager” I guess, had kinda mean attitude when I asked to change the because it was noisy, she first said the hotel is fully booked, after I said there’s was no one cuz the hotel is huge then she found a room far from the elevator. Other than that, no problems.

Great
GGuest UserThe hotel boasts a prime location, just a one-minute walk from Saladaeng BTS Station. It sits conveniently across from Park Silom and right next to a 24-hour McDonald's, making it an ideal spot for easy access to transportation, shopping, and dining.
The gym facility is quite minimal, offering only basic equipment. An upgrade with a wider variety of workout options would significantly enhance the experience for guests.

Great
GGuest User1. The hotel is quiet in the middle of the city. In the alley behind the downtown.
2. Very close to Chulalongkorn University and Sanyam Shopping Mall.
It is only a few hundred meters to the King Power Building, 2 kilometers to the park of the giant lizard, 2 kilometers to the night market of Chulalongkorn University, and the Grand Palace. It is very convenient.
The subway entrance is 500 meters. My three children and I go to Suvarnabhumi Airport. The subway is very convenient.
3. The service attitude is very good.
4. Pay special attention to the number of people:
I booked a room for 2 nights online. When I arrived, my 13-year-old daughter, 18-year-old eldest child, and 6-year-old third child, the waiter said that only 2 people can stay in one room. I have to book another room.
My daughter communicated in English, and then I booked another standard room for 1,000 baht a night for 2 nights.
The 650-meter hotel bed has 1.2 beds, which can only sleep one adult.

KKeyToTheHighwayDeluxe Apartment. 60 sqm, 110,000 won for 2 nights.
Pros
1. Considering the price, I can't help but give it 5 stars.
2. The room is very spacious and there are separate bedrooms. Each has its own air conditioner.
3. The bed and bedding are good.
4. It was well cleaned and there were no strange smells.
Cons
1. The room is a bit dark even when the light is on.
2. The shower curtain is a bit short, so you have to be aware that water might splash outside.
3. The furniture and bathroom show that it's a bit old.
4. The location of the accommodation is ambiguous. (You can just take Grab..)

CCHUNLIIt is clean and clean. My sister keeps cleaning. The weifi is strong. The lobby and rooms are all very effective. I especially like a youth hostel. The boss is learning Chinese. They are all people from all over the world. They chat together and the children practice oral English. There are all kinds of food when you go out. Thai food is the best in the world. Nearby is the subway, Patpong Night Market, Japan Street, the hotel is in the alley, very quiet, I like it very much.

GGuest UserHaving spent 2 weeks on Koh Samui, we ended our trip to Thailand with a 3 night stay at the Royal Orchid Sheraton Riverside Hotel. It's an amazing hotel - very clean, staff very welcoming and most spoke excellent English which made things very easy for us. The view from every room is the river which provides a great outlook. The facilities are brilliant although we didn't have time to use them all! Both pools are in great locations and have a different vibe to each - equally relaxing. Large fluffy towels are in plentiful supply too. Can't fault the cleanliness of every space and the public areas were bustling but at the same time relaxing. Would recommend.
There are high end shops and the only thing that was missing (in my opinion) was a small convenience store - we needed sun cream and had to go out for it.
WWandering ChildGreat location; not in the centre of the craziness but just a quick walk to the centre of it all. The hotel is also right in the street of an up and coming area getting filled with lovely restaurants and coffee shops and new bars perfect for Instagram pictures. The room itself was also better than what I expected considering how low the price was. The hotel also has its own little restaurant that is open from “dawn till dusk” with very delicious food.

GGuest UserOverall good but breakfast was very expensive. They didn’t clean the room my second day and never restocked the minibar as they stated for the club level room. No water that second day, such a bummer but comfy bed, tiny room lukewarm shower and bath tub.
Not enough towels I was using the same ones for 3 days. Wouldn’t go back despite it being modern and nice. The best part was the 7 eleven close by

JJo YiKinnon has a homely feeling to it, and I recommend it for digital nomads who plan to stay longer periods because:
1. They have an in-house kitchen, and most items on their menu is only 60 THB. There’s also a fridge for all guests to use, as long as you label your food accordingly. It’s also very common for the guests here to order food delivery.
2. There are multiple working spaces here. The one shown in my picture is the “common” working area, but I believe the room with the grey room in the same picture leads to a private room (I guess you can take meetings here, idk how soundproofed it is). There’s also a TV room upstairs if you want a more relaxed environment.
3. I love their bathrooms, because there is a huge wall shelf with many compartments, so most people just leave their toiletries there. I really dislike having to carry my toiletries to the toilet every time I shower, so this was a huge bonus! It’s also very spacious compared to the bathrooms in other hostels. The cubicles are comfortably wide as well, with sufficient hooks and even a rack to place your things!
One negative thing to comment is that there is a rather huge gap between the edge of the bed and the wall (refer to picture). If you’re someone who moves around a lot when you’re sleeping, you might accidentally push your stuff and it might fall down to the bed below lol. It didn’t happen to me but just be careful where you place your stuff and you’ll be fine :)
Location-wise, there’s a 7Eleven, a massage parlour, and plenty of eateries within a few minutes walk. Based on Google Maps there should be both MRT and BTS stations within 10-15 minutes walk, but I did not take either of them during my stay here so I cannot comment on whether they are easy to find.

YYiWould reccomend! Clean and has pretty much everything you need like a hairdryer and a fridge. Only thing is the bathroom toilet bowl is too cramped, i had to sit sideways when using the toilet bowl 🤣 another thing is the aircon exhaust is located inside the toilet, so there will be hot air blowing out when the aircon is on. But i see this as a good thing because the hot air is effective in drying my clothes, i even washed my backpack and hung it up and it dried overnight 👍🏻

Ii.aikAs a local, I didnt expect to meet a foreigner (Chinese) staff who doesnt speak Thai or English
I would say it’s a bit disappointing
Anyway, the room is nice for a quick nap, dark and comfy. The shower and toilet facilities are okay, but given the facilities are in the middle of the house making the ventilation not so nice, you can smell some humidity but since they are clean I would not say it’s bad.
