Parvena Hotel Sathorn

There is a parking lot, there are convenience stores nearby, and there is an old food market. We use Grab taxi software to go out, about 200 from the hotel to the Siam business district. The overall environment is OK. The room has a small balcony, which is a floor-to-ceiling window. Household noise is not very good, such as the high quality of sleep requirements need to be cautious, the overall cost is relatively high.

If you have no requirements for accommodation and have a limited budget, you can choose it, otherwise it is not recommended.
T2 Residence Sathorn

I was looking for a place that wasn't too far away from where a friend of mine was staying (he was at the Sukhothai, but that's a bit rich for my blood). The descriptions and reviews of T2 were certainly encouraging, so I thought I'd give it a try. I used to live in Bangkok (many years ago), but in the Sukhumvit area. As a result, that's where I've normally chosen to stay on other visits. Might have to re-think that now. Sathorn is really nice. Much quieter, more 'local' and away from the tourist hordes. I liked the area a lot. There are some cool restaurants (both western and local) very close by, and Soi Suanplu is very pleasant and tree-lined. Anyway, back to the hotel. The staff are great. Nothing is too much trouble, they speak great English and were super-helpful. I was given an 'upgrade' on arrival, so that was nice, too! The rooms are perfectly adequate. Nice comfy bed, aircon that definitely did its job. Little sofa and TV area, full-size fridge with a few beers and waters in it, plus - oddly enough - a sink unit and small cupboards for plates and bowls. There's also a built-in wardrobe and a small work desk. There were a couple of downsides, though: 1. The curtains don't block out much light, so if you're not careful, you'll find yourself waking up with the dawn. Not always what you want. 2. As other reviewers have noted, the bathroom is unbelievably dark! The toilet area was spectacularly illuminated, allowing you to stand back and fully appreciate whatever you'd just done there, but the rest of it was a cave. Shaving became a very nerve-wracking business indeed! However, I mentioned this on check out and was told: ”Oh, there's another switch down below the mirror, which lights up that area”. Never found it, or had the opportunity to try. Oh, and the water pressure was a bit lower than I'd have liked, too. 3. Walking down the sub-soi (minor street) to get to the hotel off the main Soi, you're likely to come across some very 'challenging' aromas. Practice breathing through your mouth! But those are a few minor gripes in what was otherwise a very enjoyable stay. I'd definitely go there again, and I'd recommend others do, too.

The room is good and private. But if you've made a reservation, hurry and discuss the time with the representative before arriving. Otherwise, you may have to wait for a response. We didn't talk to a representative first, so we had to wait a bit. But overall, it's very good. Next time, if I come, I will use the service again. Oh, if I drive here, there will be no parking. You have to find a parking space before coming to stay.
Capella Bangkok

Excellent~! except 4 things below. Staffs are SUPER kind. 1. Luggage keeping for early check in I checked out from Four seasons and continuously checked in to Capella. So I asked my luggage from Four seasons to Capella. But I was very disappointed when I first saw that my luggage are stored outside of Capella lobby. My luggage was outside of the building and the weather was more than 35 degrees at that time. My luggage should be cooked. If I knew that you guys will store my luggage outside of the building, I wouldn't ask that kind of request. I would carry them for myself and ask put my luggage inside of the storage before check-in. If you and Four seasons decided to care for luggage service for customers who use both hotel, you need to store customers' luggage inside the building which is cool and safe. 2. Electric blind. Because of malfunctioning of the blind in the bathroom. I had to call for the staff at night. But there were dust and dirt at one of engineering staff's clothes. I understand that he could easily have dirt on his clothes considering that he is an engineer but anyway he brought dust in my room. Moreover, it took some time to fix the electronic blind and it caused lots of dust while fixing and they had to step up my washstand so that I requested to clean. But when the staff came to clean the bathroom, he doesn't look so professional. First, he brought 3 hand mops in his hand but hand mops look dirty(at least not clean, old, too much used, stitches loosen) and his cleaning process doesn't look so professional too. I guess he might not be professional cleaning staff, rather than night watch. I explained him that due to fixing the blind, there were lots of dust there, and he said ”Yes” but he just wiped out washstand and wash bowl. But still lots of dust remains on the water tap which shines so that easily looking for dust. 3. Cin Cin hour Cin Cin hour itself was good. But the qualify of finger food was bad considering expectation of Capella. It seemed that the finger food came from leftover of the morning buffet. The finger food was dried and not fresh. Also, in my experience of both four seasons(BKK Social Club) and Stella, overall interior is better in BKK Social Club. 4. Boat Time Table From 7 pm, Boat arrives and leaves at Pier 1 from ICONSIAM(used to be Pier 3 during daylight). But there was no explanation not only in the time table but also from the staff. So, I missed the boat and had to spend another hour.
Villa Deva Resort & Hotel Bangkok

Environment: Located in the embassy district, surrounded by the embassies of Japan, Austria, and Denmark. It takes about 15 minutes to drive to Central World and Paragon. There is a swimming pool. The rooms are in apartments on the 1st and 2nd floors. Room: Most of the indoor facilities are newer and it feels like a renovated property. There is a bathtub, but no bath salts are provided, and there are no paper towels on the sink. Hygiene: very clean Service: Breakfast is not included in the room price. An ordinary European and American buffet breakfast alone costs 750 baht per person (the dishes look average and feel a bit over the top). The rest of the Thai breakfast (such as red curry chicken leg noodles) needs to be ordered a la carte (about 300 baht a serving), the restaurant service is very good (there is a drink menu priced at 120 baht, the restaurant seems to have charged 150 baht, I guess I didn't see it:). In addition, when I asked to check out at 2 o'clock, the hotel only gave me 1 o'clock, and I got it only after repeated applications. To be honest, the price of the hotel is high-end resort level, but the service cannot keep up. The front desk basically does not speak Chinese and English is very limited. Communication is a problem; the breakfast buffet is not rich enough; the overall performance is lower than expected and the management level needs to be improved.
