The hotel staff demonstrated professionalism and courtesy. The hotel's location offers convenient proximity to the city center. However, the assigned room presented some drawbacks. The room's ambiance was negatively impacted by the odor of aged carpeting, and the bedding caused some discomfort. Although the room offered a window, the view was obstructed by an emergency staircase. While a room change could have been requested, the late check-in and subsequent return from shopping, coupled with the late hour, made it impractical. Despite this, the hotel appears to be popular with guests. It appears that the assigned room was less than ideal, being situated in a remote corner.

Old hotel , but everything is nice and room very big very comfortable , should be quite pricy in the high season , but definitely a good choice for the low season .

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the rain shower was a luxurious treat after a long day of exploring. Breakfast was a highlight — a delicious spread of both Western and traditional Thai dishes, made fresh every morning. The pool area was serene and perfect for relaxing with a cocktail in hand. The location was ideal: close enough to local markets, street food, and temples, but still peaceful and quiet at night. We especially appreciated how easy it was to arrange transport and day trips from the hotel. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Thailand — whether you’re here to explore, unwind, or both. We’ll definitely be coming back.

This hotel offers a clean and modern room with a comfortable bed, wooden flooring, and a large window with a city view. The workspace is practical, equipped with a desk, chair, and basic amenities like water and snacks. The bathroom is well-maintained, featuring a stylish sink area and a spacious corner bathtub. There also a pool on 5A floor. Overall, a cozy and convenient stay ideal for business or leisure travelers.

I booked standard room with city view for 3400 they bath for 3 night.  Location wise the hotel really close to the bts station and even walking distance Mbk/siam discovery. Which is excellent. It’s located in a side street. Still safe.  I first got a room on the 17th floor. The room was nice. Ok size and has everything you need. The wall had some stains but I do believe the hotel Is clean.  The ac in the room I got on the first Night must not have been working properly. It made such a huge noise and I didn’t feel the air in the room move unless it was on high fan. Which made the room extremely cold. And the noise sounded like it was about to break. After a night of interrupted sleep I asked for a new room. Which the hotel was so nice to arrange for me. By 11 the next day I got another room on the 11th floor that was bigger. The ac still made sound but didn’t sound like it was about to break down. And I could keep it on low or even turn it off and still feel like I could breathe.  They have breakfast l, pool, gym, massage on the 8th floor.  Birds like to visit the pool and hang out with the guests on the sun beds.  7 eleven by the start of the street.  Great location.  Clean rooms

The hotel is ok, had paid additional to upgrade to 2 connecting rooms at the Main Tower but was slightly dissatisfied that I was given a room facing the lifts. The room despite having the usual outside corridor noise, it was nice & spacious. The only drawback is the bathroom standing shower leaks water till the floor get very wet and till last day the issue cannot be resolved. A bit disappointed but overall our stay was comfortable. The hotel lobby staff that helps with arrangements of transportation and opening the main lobby doors were very warm and friendly. Excellent service from the hotel staff.

Staff and facilities were great. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. On the last day there was heavy rainfall and unfortunately the hotel had no power. Otherwise it was a great stay and value for money.

The room is very clean and tidy, with no dust and mold at all. The services provided by the hotel are excellent as they always helped the guests to carry the luggage upon arrival, handling with care too. They also provide free buggy ride services to 5 locations shown on the map. Breakfast also offers a wide variety of food, with different menus daily. There are also free photoshoots with their traditional Thai costumes, and the two ladies will help you in dressing up, and taking lots of photos, sent to you afterwards. Oh not to forget about their free ice cream, from 1pm to 5pm. There are many great services provided here since upon arrival till I leave the hotel. Highly recommend staying here again for this great hospitality service. 👍

The housekeeping staff clearly take pride in their work, as my room was cleaned to perfection every day, with fresh towels, neatly made beds, and a tidy bathroom. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the hotel’s unbeatable location. It’s situated in the heart of the city, within walking distance to popular tourist attractions, shopping areas, and a wide variety of restaurants and cafés. Whether I needed a quick bite, a pharmacy, or access to public transport, everything was just a few steps away. Despite being so central, the hotel was surprisingly quiet at night, allowing for restful sleep. Overall, this hotel offers the perfect balance of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.
